Had 2 Goodman heat pumps installed for a price about 40% below 2 other bids. They arrived ant the scheduled time and completed the installation in one day. Both heat pumps started right up and are working.

My wife called today and said our A/C was blowing hot air. I came home and we changed the filters and checked what I knew. When we arrived home from dinner and getting groceries, nothing had changed. Michael was great to work with! Our HVAC unit needed to be replaced as it was very old and stopped working. Michael had very reasonable pricing and pushed the project forward. He was very transparent about how much we had to pay for labor and how much for supplies. He went above and beyond--did a thorough inspection of our crawl space and discovered some kinks in the ducts from a previous job. As a result, our heat is flowing evenly in all of our rooms and things are working even better than before!
