Our air, furnace unit quit working, yesterday, Aug 23, 2018. So we called DEAN, and within 3 hrs, someone was out to check out what was wrong. May I add, NO CHARGE TO CHECK!!! Found out the problem, and was told he would call next morning, today, which he did. Told us what it would cost, still under warranty, but what would cost for transporting part. Which was a motor for unit. I could not believe the amount we were told. So happy unit will be fixed in a few hrs. I will DEFINITELY tell anyone who runs into an issue with ANYTHING, furnace, air conditioning, or plumbing, CALL DEANS!! THESE GUYS CARE ABOUT THE LITTLE PERSON. THANK YOU JOHNATHON DEAN, FOR BEING THERE FOR US!!!!!!!😀😀😀 just to add another comment: Bryan, service tech, was here and fixed out unit in no time at all. Great guy. PLEASE FOLKS, if you have any heating, cooling or plumbing issues, CALL DEAN'S HEATING AND COOLING, they'll serve you right!!

Had an estimate done by Dean Plumbing Heating and cooling. The employee was very professional and knowledgeable. We had a concern in which the owner himself contacted us and went above and beyond to meet our needs and get us air conditioning as soon as possible. I highly recommend anyone that needs any plumbing, heating or cooling to contact Deans PHC.

I had Dean replace my AC unit after it went out a few years ago. They came out the very next day after my initial call, confirmed that I did need a new AC unit, and installed that day. Everything is still working perfectly to this day. Additionally, around 6 months later, I called them again to have them go ahead and replace the furnace as well as it was nearing the end of its lifespan, too. Again, they were timely on this replacement, and I've had no issues from either unit so far, going on a couple of years now. I would recommend Dean for HVAC services to all in the Knoxville and surrounding area. Thank you, Dean!

The thorough and skilled service performed by Brian at Dean PHC was exceptional! He clearly explained the process of locating the AC cooling problem and his timeline of performing a specific test to properly diagnose it. He was prompt and professional to repair the problem and provided a detailed service description on the invoice. He even included pictures of the repair site as a PDF. My sister and her husband have twice used Dean PHC and were extremely pleased with their knowledgeable and courteous technicians. We highly trust and recommend this outstanding plumbing, heating, and cooling service company!

Nathan came to our house to make adjustments to our heat pump system. He is friendly and respectful and really easy to work with, he answered all my questions. He makes sure that everything is working good before he leaves. I highly recommend him!

They never took a break and as soon as they showed up to my property they hit the ground running.They did a great job of clean up and answered all my questions.I would recommend them to anyone without question.I had been dealing with non honest people who was trying to sell me swamp land in Arizona,but I am glad I made the call to Dean.If you want a new HVAC system ask for Bryan and have him and Spencer install it.But like I said so far so good everything is working fine,I would use Dean Plumbing and heating again.

After being without heat over one of the hottest weekends in years, I can now say there was a silver lining being able to do business with Deans! The owners are amazing, the technicians are knowledgeable, and the Trane unit without a doubt was a wise investment. If you want personable and professional service with top of the line products call Deans. Before I forget, please ask about the custom filters!!!!

Would like to express my appreciation for Bryan, Bo and Charles over the past two years Dean heating and air repaired previous issues from another company. Bryan, Bo and Charles are very professional and polite and kept Cindy and myself informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Deans Heating and Air to anyone with new construction or repair work. Bryan, Bo and Charles great job and thank you for the great job and workmanship.

It is usually the support staff that is the heart of an agency but rarely gets recognition for their hard work. Casey, secretary and office manager at Dean Plumbing, Heating Cooling, LLC, coordinated and scheduled the installation of our AC, humidifier, thermostat and damper vents. While the technicians completed the installation, it was Casey who made this transition flow smoothly.
Due to issues during and after installation, the technician(s) had to return on three separate occasions to make adjustments. Because of these issues, we made several phone calls to the office. Casey's positive attitude and ability to listen to our problems "saved the day" for us. She is truly an asset to this company.

My experience with Dean PHC/Knoxville Air Conditioning Repair, Plumbing and Heating was outstanding. My AC went out on a Sunday, and I called this company on Monday, and the company responded with a free estimate of my problem, and began installation of my new heating and air system on the same day. This type of prompt and professional customer service deserves merit and recognition. Now, I am typing this comment while enjoying the benefits of having great AC during a heat spell in the Knoxville area.

Dean was the second company to come out after i was told it would cost 5k to fix my hvac unit. Nathan spent only a few minutes checking my system and said the repair would be less than 400.00 Nathan was very professional and courteous along with saving us over 4k i will never use anyone again. they are a 10 out of 10 business

Great company with excellent service! Called and had a plumber (Chuck) at my house that same afternoon. He was efficient and had the part replaced quickly. No service fee and reasonable prices. Will definitely use them again for plumbing and/or heating and cooling!

My heat went out on the coldest day of the year. Nathan, the technician, came out in a very timely manner. He was extremely thorough, and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. Unfortunately, I had to get a new unit. He ordered one that night and installed it the next day.....on a SUNDAY!
I also enjoyed working with office personnel.

My name is Fay C. I called another A/C company to have a new system installed at my house. They kept me hanging on for 4 days with 84 degree temps in my house. They never called. I called Dean at 4:45 P.M. They came right out and assessed my need. They came back a few hours later and installed my new system. They worked into the night to get the job done. Now I am cool and comfortable. I appreciate them so much. They did a great job. I know who to call next time. Thanks guys.

Nate did a very fine job. Our unit is an antique built somewhere around 1996 so replacement parts are hard to come by. Nate was very proficient at finding the right parts or rebuilding what he could to resurrect this old antique and get the heating system working. I have stage 4 cancer and the cold just kills me. It was very cold outside and Nate delivered by getting it working like new.
They were very reasonable on their pricing and office personnel were very nice and helpful. Did a Great job. Nate and crew, thanks a lot. Charlie & Rita

What a great company. They have done work for us in the past and never diss as pointed. No heat and Nathan came out same day. Free diagnosis completed, switch reset and Heat back on. Dean’s came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Installed a new furnace and vent lines in just two days. Their price beat “the big dog” by a lot, and their work was quick and professional. Couldn’t have been happier

We arrived home on a Monday night from a trip to a NC hospital. My Mom’s house heater was not working and it was 52 degrees. She just had surgery and her house was too cold for her to stay We called Dean’s took our call. She called Daniel who was off for the evening and he said he would come over. It didn’t take him long at all and he was able to fix the heater. He was so kind, caring, efficient and amazing! Thank you Daniel and Casey! I can sleep well knowing my Mom’s house has heat. Highly Recommended!!!

I called Dean Plumbing, Heating and Cooling last week when my heat wasn't working. That same day they were able to come out and fix it. The technician that came to my house looked very professional and was very polite. Within a few minutes he had figured out my issue and had the part on his truck to fix it right there during the same visit. All in all I'm extremely impressed with their service and will be calling them from now on.

Dean Plumbing Heating & Cooling goes above and beyond. I called them out to help me replace my thermostat, and while they were out they heard that my garbage disposal was not working after I installed it myself. They not only got my thermostat working, they also looked at and fixed the minor issue with my garbage disposal. Other companies wanted to charge me just to come out and tell me what was wrong. Dean's not only didn't charge me to diagnose the problem, they also fixed it on the spot. This is now my personal one stop business. I got a reccomendation for Dean's on Facebook, so I called the Meridian office on 7/23/19 to see why our AC was not cooling. They sent a couple guys out within a couple hours. The diagnosis was not good and we ended up needing a whole new unit. Long story short, 24 hours later my wife and I are nice and cool watching Blue Bloods and talking about how impressed we are of the quality of work Christian and Bo performed. Christian even called after leaving the office to see if it was cooling and if we were satisfied. These guys are awesome. We definitely recommend Dean's to anyone and everyone.
