This is my third time using Gent heating and cooling. Never disappointed. They are professional, fair, honest and always pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of service.

Our AC went out this past weekend. After calling the office first thing Monday morning, they returned my call to schedule someone to come out and look at our unit. Tito was out technician, he was wonderful. He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within a couple minutes. Thank you Tito and everyone in the office.

I just had a new heating and air unit installed by Gent heating and air and they did an awesome job! Very respectful and had job done in just a few hours even with all the rain. I felt very comfortable with everyone I spoke with, so thanks to you all!

I called Gent for a second opinion, they were fast to response to the job and gave an estimate right away. The owners wanted to use the first person sent to t he job, but Gent's had excellent customer service and were ready to help. I will defiantly keep their number for the future!

Fantastic experience! Billy & Clifford installed a new heating & air unit for us. They both were on time, professional, pleasant, neat, explained what they were going to do, cleaned up after the job & showed us how to work to system. We’ve truly found our new H&A group!

This company helped me in a time of crisis when my HVAC was stolen. They scheduled a close date, came early, and installed the system in a little over an hour. I can highly recommend Gent to anyone! I also don't think you could beat their prices.

I have used Gent Heating & Cooling as my HVCA contractor for the past 2 1/2 years. Their team has always been timely, professional, and fairly price. On the the rare occasion that something didn't go perfectly, (such as a warranty issue) the Gent team has been quick to find and implement solutions. In my experience things don't go perfect everyday, and how their team deals with adversity in a professional manner goes along way with me.

We went through Lowes for a new upstairs unit which in turn subcontracted Gent. We liked their service so much that when our downstairs unit went out, we went straight to Gent. Professional, kind, and quick to take care of their customers at a good price.

I would like to say what an awesome job Gent Heat and Air did at our home. Shane was great and sat down and went over everything with us and made recommendations on what we needed and let me just say that was the best decision, thank you Shane and to your wonderful work crew. I feel like you all went beyond to hear our needs and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you again so much. I have told all my family and friends what a terrific job you all did. You will definitely be getting all of our future service as well

I am very pleased with Gent Heating and Cooling! They are a great company and have great customer service. Every time I have ever needed them, they are very quick to take care of my need no matter how small it may seem. I have and will continue to recommend them! I have always found them honest and trustworthy. They are the BEST!

We emailed for a quote for a HVAC unit replaced. Within 10 minutes I received a phone call stating he could come out today. Less than 30 minutes later he was at my home and his quote was a great deal. He had his crew install the unit the very next morning. Install took less than 3 hours and time from first phone call was less than 24 hours. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Gent's to anyone needing service work done. I appreciate all the hard work and effort given by everyone at Gent's.

Gent did a Fantastic job fixing my AC unit.
My wonderful Technician diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes and fixed the issue and had my AC up and running in less than 45 minutes!!!! In the heat of a Tennessee Summer you need Gent Heating & Cooling 🏆

Gent came out quickly, gave us a very affordable quote, and did a great job installing our new unit. The office staff was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. We appreciate Gent!

Gent Heating and Cooling were very quick to respond to my service call. After I decided I needed a new system, their team gave very reasonable quote. My install happened the next day and the entire staff were very professional and courteous and the install was neatly done and professional as well.

I have been dealing with 3 of my bedrooms not cooling since we had our duct work replace 2 years ago. I’ve had 3 different companies come out to fix it and it still wouldn’t work. I called them yesterday and they came out today to give me a quote and went ahead and fixed it for me. Now all 3 of my bedrooms are cooking off. I greatly appreciate their service and their awesome customer service. They will have my business from now on.

Shane and Ralynne are amazing owners to deal with. I ve been using them for over 12 years. You will not beat the pricing and customer service you will receive from this company. I don't know many companies you can call or text the owners 24/7 and they will make sure your taking care of.

My wife and I was very impressed with the young man that was sent out to look at our AC. Our house is still cooling down due to the warm weather that we've been having and not having a cool house for 2 days, it went out over Labor Day weekend. We love the fact that they just treat you like family, extremely courteous, from the office to the worker. They also made it easy for the bill, taking payment over the phone. I am happy we chose Gent Heating and Cooling to replace our 20 yr old Goodman with a new model. The two techs that came out were super efficient and knew exactly what to do.They replaced our old unit, replaced the old metal shroud with a much improved one that they built on site. It looks good and will keep out the critters. The unit itself is so much quieter than our old unit. They informed me of what they were doing and why as well as cleaned up like they were never here. The owner Shane answered all my questions before they came out to do the job and his price was very reasonable for the heatpump unit , installation and building a new shroud. They also were on time and actually early for the install. I would highly recommend Gent Heating and Cooling.🌿
