Matthew and his team are always on top of it! I have reached out to them multiple times in the past year with issues and no matter how busy their schedule they always make time to get out and take a look to get things moving as quickly as possible. Communication and service has always been 10/10! I will never use another company!

The team at H.C.S. is outstanding! They have serviced our HVAC system for three years now and have always been polite, punctual, professional, and so proficient at diagnosing and fixing issues quickly. Peyton, our technician, is so kind and courteous! He even wears shoe covers to keep our floors clean. We can’t recommend H.C.S. enough and are thankful to have them taking such great care of our HVAC system!

The whole crew from start to finish was great . Very friendly , and speedy they passed my number along promptly and returned phone calls almost immediately. I called HCS for a 2nd opinion because I was told by HEP that my air conditioner was out and needed to be replaced for almost 10,000 dollars. HCS came out the same day I called and took care of the situation and there was nothing wrong with ac unit and it didn’t need to be replaced . Highly recommend HCS MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS . Great service !

Peyton was very efficient, he arrived on time and was very polite and considerate. He explained what he thought the problem was with my AC and fortunately, he was right. I was especially impressed when he said to me that "we don't want to sell you a new unit if this one can be fixed". I thought the cost for his time and work was reasonable as well. I will definitely use HCS as my HVAC company and have already told others about them.

I contacted Matthew late in the day recently about a minor issue with my new air unit. Peyton, and Jeremy (he was outside investigating) came out the next day around 1:00 pm and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Peyton's friendly professionalism was above and beyond!
