My beautiful wife put me in the dog house because our home has been smelling like 2 stinky bulldogs! The other day I called Henshaw's Heating and Air and they installed an air purification system to eliminate odors and kill viruses. When you have trouble ,they always respond quickly and they know what to do. My neighbor’s air quit working on one of these 100 degree weather days, and Mike came within the hour. He got it working quickly. Love this business. Gary and Dianah Davis.

I was having problems with the AC. Andy (I think) called and asked what was going on. He was very professional and courteous. The tech, I don’t remember his name, was on time and very informative. He fixed the problem in no time and let me know if anything else occurs to call them back. I highly recommend Henshaws to anyone needing HVAC work. Will definitely use again! Thank you all!

We have had a few weeks of very frustrating air conditioning problems. After multiple visits, we came to the conclusion that the best option for us was to go with a new unit. The guys at Henshaw’s have been very friendly, helpful and worked hard to get us cool again!

Henshaw's installed a new Rudd heat pump at my home and did an excellent job. They are professional, courteous, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new or replacement unit. I will definitely use them in the future.

Select Home Warranty sent them to fix our a/c. Henshaw called and said they had a truck on the way but it had broken down. That was Wednesday morning. Today is Thursday and it's 12:22 and I haven't heard from them YET.

The technicians are all knowledgeable, polite and quick with their service. I love the technology of knowing when they will arrive and who is coming. This company saved my family so much money through zoning our HVAC system with our three floors over installing a new additional unit as others suggested. We love it!

AC unit had some issues and was not cooling at all. I had to go thru a home warranty company, so that was a small delay, but once Henshaw's accepted the work order, they were in touch with me immediately. I was updated regularly on their schedule and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Mike Klocke diagnosed the issue and replaced a bad capacitor in a matter of minutes. It was a busy Monday afternoon and he could have just bailed, but he stuck around to make sure it was cooling right and that everything else with the unit looked good. I appreciated his professionalism and his expertise. I hope I don't need AC work again, but if I do, Henshaw's will get my call.

My AC went out on a Sunday. I called my home warranty company and put in a claim that morning and they got scheduled to come out Tuesday between 11a-3p. On Monday afternoon they call to see if I’m available now as they had some openings. They came out, and had it working in under 30 minutes. My house has cooled off from 81 to 72 and I could not be happier. Great response time and quick prognosis and had the parts on hand. Great work!

Two guys installed a new a/c unit and did a great job. I would recommend to anyone. Call and ask for Andy.

So my heater went out yesterday. Called a few places and nobody could come out for over a week and most had a crazy service fees. Henshaw was my last call. Price was very affordable and they came out the next day. This company was awesome to work with.

My overall experience was probably a one star, because of unresponsivess on the part of Choice Home Warranty - But NOT because of Henshaw’s . James put a replacement AC motor in his car and was ready to come out as soon as Choice (finally) approved our repair. Choice finally approved our claim on a Friday afternoon, and James completed our repair on his way home from work. Tim, who helped us earlier in the process was professional and thorough. The best measure of a good company is how they respond when things don’t go according to plan, and Henshaw’s came through for us.
