Latham Mechanical did what they said and were a pleasure to work with. They take great pride in their work and it shows with their installations. The price was fair too. I highly recommend these guys to take care of your HVAC.

I recently had a brand new unit put in by a different contractor. The unit never worked, and Justin agreed to come out and see if he could find the issue. In no time, the unit was up and running and I was shown all the problems that were causing issues. An extremely fair price coupled with a vast working knowledge ensure that I will use this company for any HVAC needs going forward. Highly recommend.

Justin was a pleasure to work with. He repaired my leaking heat pump vs replacing. Very knowledgeable, skilled & honest. I would not hesitate to use them again, highly recommend.

UPDATE: Fast forward 14 months later ... Justin diagnosed and replaced A/C condenser today to fix my problem, very quick & easy ...

IMPORTANT ... I told Justin today that since he silver soldered my system leak and charged it 14 months ago, it has never run more efficiently, hands down.

Couldn't be happier with the service. Had a new system installed ~2 years ago by a larger local contractor, and I've had nothing but problems since day one. For the most recent problem (system would neither heat nor cool), I had the original installer come out, and they couldn't find the issue. They wanted to charge me over $2k to run a few tests. I told them to leave and called Justin w/ Latham. He came the out next day and had the problem identified within 20 minutes. After a day or two of waiting for parts, he came back out and had it repaired in a couple hours. Best part? The total repair was half the price of the "tests" the installation company wanted to charge me for. Highly recommend.
