I have been using Mark's Heating & Air for many years now in my rental property business. Mark is always courteous and polite. He has no hesitation in going to fix problems after hours and weekends. I rely on him to keep all my properties in good working condition. He does not charge exorbitant rates and always tries to repair units first before having to replace them. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Neanderthal driver goes 10 under the speed limit. I wasn't even tailgating, just riding the gears down so they knew someone else was trying to go. Stopped in the middle of the road to try to fight about it. East TN and the slow huge trucks... sigh
