If you need pvc pipe, you might be ok. Anything else, black iron pipe, or standoff pipe clamps, key valves, your sol.

I will continue to do business with Modern. Last weekend, my tankless water heater quit for good. This is the only place in Knoxville that would 1. Sell to a non-contractor 2. Had a quality tanklesd water heater in stock within 3 hours of Knoxville. And open on Saturday. Thanks guys

5 stars for Modern Supply. The staff is friendly and willing to help look up parts. I recently made two trips here, and to my surprise they had everything in stock for my nearly 30 year old furnace. Modern Supply seems very well stocked, and their prices are competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Will continue to do business with Modern Supply.

Good store to shop in... I used to frequent there in the past and it's very sad mike is no longer there ( condolences to his family) he was the nicest person there and fun to give a hard time to.

They took $1,000 down payment which I thought was for cabinets. Turns out it's for a design fee did they didn't finish so I had to go somewhere else.now they won't return my money or allow me to spend it there. Not a pleasant place.
