On top of that, the team they have is always friendly and engaged in their work. This is the company you should go with for projects big and small!

My tenants called me last night with an issue that the heater wasn’t working. I found Pol’s online and they were able to fix the issue the same day at a very reasonable price. Nathan, the technician, was fantastic to work with. He wad punctual, polite and friendly. I highly recommend!

Upon calling Pol, our wonderful technician Nate identified the problem quickly and got us up and running in the same day. Not only was that service above and beyond, but how personable and attentive the entire staff is what makes them a prime vendor for any of our heating and air issues. If you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable service, look no further. I cannot express how deeply grateful I am.

Update: Nate, Michael, and Josh have done it again! Between the extra time Nate took to give me a comprehensive diagnosis on my AC unit and sending extra time to wet vac the unit so I wouldn't lose air - to Michael and Josh spending SIX hours replacing, cleaning my lines, and walking me through their work every step of the way - there's no one else I'd work with. They're simply the best and have come to our rescue time and time again in this TN heat. Thank you for your attention to your customers and quality work. It goes a long way - we're customers for life.

Nathan came quickly to quote a full HVAC replacement which was definitely needed. The two gentleman that came to swap out the old units for new after I decided to go with Pol's Heating and Cooling were nothing less than amazing. Thorough and very informative! We needed our 17 year old heating and cooling system replaced. Mark Reynolds came to our home, gave us a detailed quote and we were able to schedule the install quickly .
Yesterday, during one of the coldest days so far this year, Mark Reynolds and his team made it happen.  They arrived on time, inspite of the ice and snow on the roads.
Once the install was complete, they swept up and took the old furnace and AC with them. We appreciate that Mark and his team made the experience of having a new heating and cooling system install excellent and with mimimal inconvenience.

Pol's heating and Cooling has consistently proved that they are the best. My most recent interation with their tech Clayton doing my spring maintenance drives this notion home for me. He was very professional, excellent customer service, wasn't bothered with me being in his space while he worked and definitely didn't mind answering all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.

If you’re not using Pol’s it’s costing you more. Professional service, excellent technicians, and an owner that truly cares about his customers. I received multiple proposals and no one was even close to providing quality equipment at great price.

Michael, Justin and Mark did a fantastic job installing 2 new AC units. They were professional, answered all my questions and cleaned up when they left. Nice to know there are still some locally owned companies still around. I will use Pol’s for my AC needs moving forward.

We had just moved into our new home when, late on a Friday night, the upstairs AC suddenly stopped working. With all the bedrooms upstairs and a 3-year-old daughter, we were stressed—especially about the timing and the potential cost.

I called Pol’s Heating and Cooling around midnight and was able to speak with someone right away who got us scheduled for early the next day; Saturday. Nathan arrived as promised and kept in touch throughout. Just from my description of the issue, he had a good idea of what might be wrong—and sure enough, within 10 minutes of arriving, he had it diagnosed. In less than 20 minutes total, he had the system back up and running.

The cost of the repair, including labor and parts, was more than fair. Nathan was clearly knowledgeable and professional—someone who truly understands HVAC systems. He didn’t try to upsell or push for a full replacement like some companies do. Instead, he provided an honest and effective repair at a very reasonable price.

I won’t call anyone else in Knoxville for HVAC service. Nathan and the team at Pol’s have earned my trust, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.

HIGHLY recommend Pol! Nathan came out within a day and he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Nathan and team are very down to earth. When my AC went out, I called Pol's Heating and cooling. They came out the next day and inspected my entire HVAC system. I had already had a feeling I would have to replace it, and Nathan confirmed. He was extremely professional, and talked me through everything that they were going to do. The sales and installation teams did a great job with my Package Unit selection and install. The equipment is very well installed and is very quiet when running. I am very pleased with the experience.

Nathan and his crew were great! After my home owners insurance denied coverage for a new unit Nathan worked with me and walked me through the process to ensure we were able to finance without stretching our funds. His crew that installed my new unit were professional and had my new unit installed in less than a week of making contact with the company. I will recommend them to anyone needing a new system!

We’ve had numerous companies out to look at our AC system over the past few years, and not one of them could get it working properly — until now. Nathan showed up, diagnosed the issue, and had everything up and running better than it ever has before — all in under 15 minutes. That’s both impressive and honestly a bit unsettling when I think about how much time and money we’ve wasted with other companies.

After seeing how honest and knowledgeable he was, we also went over quotes for new systems, since our current units are near the end of their lifespan. His pricing was beyond reasonable, and when the time comes — likely sometime this year — I plan on using him for the full replacement.

What stood out even more was how sympathetic and understanding he was about our personal situation. My wife has a chronic illness, and I’ve had some health issues myself recently. He was respectful, thoughtful, and didn’t pressure us at all — just gave us honest information and options. That kind of care is rare in this industry, and it meant a lot to us.

Pol's Heating and Cooling came out on a Sunday—in the middle of a brutal 90+ degree day when our AC had been down for hours and the house had climbed to 86°. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and had us cooling down again in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about his customers. What an awesome company — Nathan and his team are so courteous, professional, punctual and efficient! We used Pol’s two years ago to replace one of our air conditioners— excellent work! Just recently our other air conditioner went out. Without hesitation we contacted Pol’s again because our first experienced was so great. Like the first, our second experience was top notch! So pleased, and will continue to use Pol’s for any future HVAC needs! Also want to mention Pol’s provides a twice yearly maintenance check to ensure our systems are running properly and efficiently. Wish all companies could operate like Pol’s.
