James and KJ assisted in my kitchen drain clearing. They were prompt in arrival and gave me all options with pricing. We agreed on a plan and they completed it within 45 min. They were super professional and very very helpful. I highly recommend this company!

This was my first time calling a plumber and I’m glad I got these guys. They were able to come out next morning and technician showed up on time. He was a very nice young man named Kaleb and he was polite and honest and did everything it took to get the job done without pushing for a more expensive option. Over all it was a frustrating experience but I’m glad I got a hold of these guys via Angi.

Zoom drain since somebody to my house the same day I called them. Their technicians Bradley and Caleb were the best, they explained everything to me carefully and solve my problem. Can’t thank them enough.

Thought I had a drainage issue so Zoom sent James out to assess my issue. James arrived on time and spent an hour at my house thoroughly inspecting my gutters and drain. He used a camera to see inside the drain pipe, whilst also pumping water into the drain to inspect the flow. James said my drain and flow looked good, but also provided me with some steps I could take to help further ensure the rain water flows away from house. He gave me an honest assessment and Zoom did not charge for the visit. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy was my impression!

Bradley was technician! Did an awesome job locating cause, having roots is causing problems. Clean drain as best as possible. Show picture of problem and marked spot where is with roots! Well worth the call!

Great experience! They were professional and on time. The technician was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and easy to work with. After cleaning my sewer line they provided before and after videos. Their spray jet did a lot better job of getting the roots out of the waste water line than the traditional snake auger.

We had a grease clog in the kitchen drain line. My own attempts to clear were unsuccessful. Kaleb came out quickly on a Sunday, diagnosed the issue and had it cleared. He double checked to make sure all was clear. Very satisfied, highly recommend.

I called at noon and Brad was here by 3. I've
had an ongoing problem that I've spent $7000 to try and fix. This is the second time Brad has been here and he was determine to figure out why I have an on going issue. And he did!!! I'm so happy

KJ was our tech today, and he was the kindest, most professional young man. He found our issue and eliminated the clog quickly and efficiently, with plain explanations of what he was doing and why, and presentation of price quote beforehand. Very impressed with Zoom Drain and KJ both! Thank you!

KJ was very curteous and easy to talk to. He explained what he was doing and answered all questions I had. He was knowledgeable as well as a likable young man.

These guys are amazing. My mother’s house had a big stoppage, they were able to come out intro hours. Had all the top cameras and equipment, explained what was happening, solved quickly, and reasonable cost. Impressive team! Thanks Bradley!

It was a pleasure meeting Bradley and James. First of all same day service, and they arrived at least 45 minutes earlier than expected - and that was a good thing. Secondly, for now, they proposed a much less expensive solution, with the caveat that I'm to keep my eye on things, and if they have to do the more extensive solution, they'll return. I appreciate starting with the more affordable fix. Both technicians were pleasant, personable and professional. Once the fix was concluded I was shown a video of their work. I would call them again.

Zoom Drain did a good job diagnosing my gutter drain problem. Bradley (my technician) was very competent and fast, and he was a plumber. He ran cameras through my rain drains and identified the problems. He jetted out one line and retrieved a block of Styrofoam and a 2 inch rubber ball. Unfortunately the main problem was roots, and I became convinced we needed to replace the drain pipe.

KJ went above and beyond helping my mother and I with a clogged drain in our kitchen. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Even came out on a Sunday morning! 10/10 recommend this company and will use again if any other issues arise in my fixer-upper.
