Brett, Damian and Colton worked on encapsulating our crawl space and did a superior job. They were unbelievable: their work ethic was extraordinary for their generation. They found water issues the first day and stopped the encapsulation to inform us that we would need alot of remediation to alleviate the water issue. When they realized the sump pump was located under our bedroom, they worked to relocate it! They said, "it was the right thing to do"....Can you imagine...the values that they have and the company that stands behind this statement?? They are our heroes and deserve a raise!! They are wonderful men. Pictures are of Brett and Damian. Colton wasn't here the last day. These guys labored for 6 days under the house....

The team of Noah, Trafton, and Ty worked extremely hard to deliver a first rate job. They were extremely responsive to all my questions.

I connected with Crawl Space Ninja last year and have been impressed ever since. A great group not only in the office but out in the field as well. Adam, Nick and Jacob did my work on 2 crawl spaces today and I could not be more impressed. The areas they sealed seem to be airtight and it leaves me with more confidence these areas will be OK. There is a little more work to be done by another group, electrical, install of 2 dehumidifiers, and a door they are making for me off site. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job for us. They showed up on time, kept us informed of the progress and followed up to ensure everything was done correctly. If you need a crawl space enclosed they are the one to select.

Evan and Trent did a wonderful job yesterday encapsulating our crawlspace and add8ng a dehumidifier. Extremely professional and attentive.

I was disappointed in the estimate team they didn't give us the correct estimate and missed a bunch of places and the facts we needed 2 dehumidifier not just .
When we finally got the crew to the house however I absolutely loved the guys that came to the house. One gentleman however was especially helpful and hard working his name is Wyatt. He was really helpful with all the questions I had and made time to answer in detail to where I could understand what he was talking about. He was very professional impolite. He made the whole project worth it for me and my family.

From start to finish, everyone was professional, courteous, and understanding. Communication was excellent. Josh Gay, Jake and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job and cleaned up nicely when done. Stephen was a peach when he came out for the estimate (twice). Mike was really nice when he stopped by to check things out day 1 and day 3. We are just waiting for our final walk but are pleased with the work that has been done and hopeful our flooding days are over. And we already have another project in mind to give to Crawl Space Ninja.
Leah and I will absolutely recommend you guys to anyone we know who needs waterproofing. A plus service and A plus attitudes. We want to thank you for making a very stressful and tearful situation easier. I'll come back and add some pics to this once our plumber is done working.

Nick, Russell, Wyatt, Milly and Caden were some of the best contractors I have worked with since buying my home. Everything was done on time and I did not have to "babysit" because they said what they were going to do. Any of the questions we had were answered promptly and communication as to next steps were always followed up with. 100% will be using Crawl Space Ninja for any of my future needs. Thank you all for the assistance with my crawlspace as it was one of the biggest pain points since buying the house.

Crawl Space Ninjas did a great job for us. They removed all of the insulation below the floor in the crawl space. Then they soda blasted off all mold. Then they treated all of the flooring and timbers with mold disinfectant to inhibit any future mold. Then, they trenched the perimeter and installed another sump pump to carry away any water along the foundation. They laid in an excellent ground vapor barrier. They installed a large volume heavy-duty Aprilaire dehumidifier they, which is keeping the crawl space humidity between 50-58% even during a week of torrential rains in Knoxville.

Very Pleased with their work! Had a couple of hiccups along the way which Michael, the owner of the company rectified and took great care of us. That is the sign of a great company and great management. They aim to please and do great work!!

Adam’s team did an excellent job. Everyone I interacted with was respectful and happy to answer any questions I had. I was shown the completed work in my crawlspace and everything looks great. I highly recommend Crawl Space Ninja.

I decided to look into crawlspace encapsulation due to my home (1971) having a musty smell constantly, and my wife also has horrible allergies (mold being one of the worst). Since we've lived in this house (6 years now), I've been basically rebuilding it from the inside out and the crawlspace has been the project I was NOT looking forward to. Who wants to crawl around in a musty, bug filled, dirt crawlspace?

So after watching a few videos from Michael Church, I was hooked on getting this project done. The more I watched, the more I learned and the fact that Crawlspace Ninja supports the DIY community is great. After a few months of planning and watching videos over and over, I decided to get the material I needed from Crawlspace Ninja. Sure, there were other companies out there with similar or "better" material, but the more I looked into it I found that a lot of it was a sales pitch.

After making my purchase, I was contacted by Mary Beth ensuring that my transaction went well and to confirm my items. That further showed me that they care about their customers and I'm not just a number. Doing this project on my own took some time, but after about 1.5 months (working weekends on this) I was able to finish it and have a nice, clean, comfortable crawlspace. Currently, the RH is reading at 39% in January, so I'm excited to see how this impacts the summer months. Additionally, a major health benefit was the radon system I installed under the vapor barrier. Initial readings showed 8.4 pCi/L and after all was installed and sealed I was down to 0.7 pCi/L!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend Crawlspace Ninja to anyone thinking about doing this kind of work in their home. I have a few friends that are DIYers, so we share lots of tips/tricks/recommendations. Crawlspace Ninja is definitely at the top of my list for word of mouth recommendations!

Shop here and don’t waste your time going anywhere else for crawlspace supplies.Their DIY store was user friendly and had detailed product descriptions including links to manuals and other documents. Another great thing was most of the product pages had DIY and Q&A videos linked below to help you with shopping. I would encourage anyone who is looking to encapsulate your crawlspace DIY to check out this company. They shipped everything on time and answered all of my questions. Mary Beth, the DIY Cordinator, is very helpful and responds very fast to any questions. Even though my project is wrapped up I will be continuing my business with them though other home projects in the future.

Crawlspace Ninjas for all your crawlspace encapsulation needs. DIY'ers also. I watched their YouTube instructional videos, called them to come out for an estimate and couldn't afford it but i could afford their products. I bought everything from them except the 2" Foamular, Dehumidifier, the buried pump in a HD bucket was already installed but that was all I had down there. Worked on it in about 20 phases and 1 year later it was done.

I did a complete interior French drain and encapsulation with AprilAire E80 dehumidifier. I purchased most of the products from the Crawl Space Ninja DIY store where Sabrina was a big help and together with the DIY videos gave me the courage to tackle this very long process (I did this after work and on Saturdays) which took many months.

The Hilti Vapor Barrier Fastener rental was a game changer as compared to hammer drill and Christmas tree fasteners.

Adam’s team did an encapsulation our crawlspace. It looks great. They went above and beyond and patched up a couple of areas in our ductwork that needed attention and also alerted this to a leak that needed repairing by our plumber. I would recommend crawlspace ninja for your house.
