I have had numerous problems with my air and now my heat the guys that come out are very courteous. Very knowledgeable. Max stands behind his work.. will use then again and will refer people to them

I just want to give a shout out to Comfort Zone in Kodak, Max and Scott were professional and cared about our satisfaction. Long story very short.....they took a bad situation and went above and beyond to make sure we had heat for the holiday weekend and our guest.

This is the second time I've used them to service our heating and air unit. Both times I was very pleased with the level of customer service and experience Max had in replacing parts before they completely failed. He was very through in showing/explaining the problems. Will continue to do business with them .

We were faced with having to replace two entire A/C-heating systems.I called and asked for a rep to come and give some needed information regarding replacement. Max came out the same day and went out of his way to help us. One of my units was one ton too big for our needs. Their bid for the work needed was very competitive .The repair team came out today five men strong. They were here before 8:00 am and both systems were completed and operating by 4:00 pm . The installation crew was most polite and very good at their trade.Max explained how to operate the system thoroughly. The wife and I are completely satisfied with the cost and workmanship. I would recommend Comfort Zone Heating and Air to anyone needing A/C work.

I can’t say enough good things about the guys at comfort zone heating and air. They were extremely professional, informative, and affordable. When I first called they were able to get out that day and provide me with a quote later that afternoon. Two days later they replaced both my hvacs! Other companies had taken longer than that just to provide me with a quote. The crew is very friendly and put in long hard hours to ensure that we would have air conditioning that day. Jacob at Comfort zone is just the best. In addition to being an expert at his job, he is very honest guy. I had an ongoing issue at my cabin and he fixed it and explained everything in detail. I have dealt with him in the past and he has been consistently a great person. I am really glad for Jacob and comfort zone.

These guys were awesome. Max came in and took a look at what I had and made some suggestions based on my needs and the cost was very reasonable. I had recieved a couple other quotes from some of the big name companies around Knoxville and got in touch with Comfort zone based on a recommendation from a friend who used them as well. They came in quickly, finished the job in a day and got me a better system than the other companies I talked to. Not to mentioned the work itself was very clean ,even though we are talking HVAC work, the taping was done well down to making sure I could use my existing Nest thermostat I wanted to keep. Some hard working guys who know what they are doing and I will definitely use them on any house I buy in the future.

I called gave my info for tech to call back, Jimmy called me back instantly. He was on job gave me eta of how long it would be. He called me back to give eta to me, great communication & very nice gentleman to speak with. He gets to my house jumps out of van has me fixed less than 15 minutes. He comes in & explained all my questions I had about my unit in terms that I understood. Very reasonable on rate, I will highly recommend this company to anyone!!!
