Jay's Pro Services could have saved our home and our lives the other day. The HVAC system in our 1 year old town home had not been wired safely. We contacted Jay's Pro Services to find out why it was tripping a circuit breaker every few hours. They were able to arrive to check it the same day we called. They discovered that the wiring had been installed through the electrical boxes without the protection afforded by the outer rubber insulation. This could have caused a fire. While they were here, they not only corrected the issue but also performed a complete system check. As a former Regional Maintenance Director for a nationwide realtor, I know great service.
