I noticed some issues with my AC over the weekend, so I started googling HVAC companies. Right Time HVAC continued to pop up in my search with amazing reviews. I hadn't heard of this company before, but decided to give them a call and set up an appointment. David Bates was my technician and all I can say is 10stars across the board!!! David was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. It felt as if I've known him for years. He did a thorough check of my system and discovered that a new install is recommended. My system is quite old. Yet, I felt confident and reassured that he was giving me a genuine and honest recommendation and not attempting to make a sale or overwhelm me with information. He explained my situation thoroughly and answered all my questions. If David represents the character of this company, then Right Time will have a customer for life! Thank you so much David!!!!

Right time replaced my 29 y/o American Standard Heat Pump with a new American Standard. I am extremely pleased with the price and the service they provided. It could not have gone any better. Everyone I interacted with provided prompt, efficient, and friendly service. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new system or any HVAC service.

Great company and fair and reliable service every time!

Justin was prompt and friendly. He had to deal with a wasp issue (avoid to do his job) in the attic....but was good about it. Maintenance service was appreciated. Annual maintenance so no charge for this service

The technicians was very, knowledgeable and did recommend some improvements to help my unit run Efficiently.

Gaige came out today to diagnose my HVAC system and was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth. His customer service was top-tier, and you can tell he truly cares about his work. I’ve definitely found my forever HVAC company and hope Gaige is my go-to technician from here on out. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service!

Cedric came out and did an amazing job. Found a leak in one of the units and instead of just a bandaid fix, found the problem and repaired it. The AC is blowing great and right before the heatwave coming this weekend.

He gave me some great advice on what I needed to do on my units as far as cleaning and keeping them protected from my pets.

Great guy and a great personality!!

Definitely going to keep using Right Time in the future and requesting Cedric to come do the job.

second time we've had them come out to fix our air conditioner. the service guys are always extremely nice. always show you exactly what they're doing and always give you a price before fixing anything very fast. very timely. would recommend them to anyone.

Johnathan came out and couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. He did his inspection, told us what he found and told us when to expect to hear back.

I’ve dealt with so many HVAC companies in the past. Honestly, this company has founders that work alongside their team, they’re honest, and something very rare these days, they aren’t trying to just make money. Quality experience each time. This is my fourth time using their services
