Chris is hands down the best at what he does. He cleaned our HVAC system and duct work and it is pristine! He spent time explaining the process and spent countless hours cleaning our system. The before and after pictures are unbelievable! He also replaced the pressure switch which was causing AC issues. He sanitized the entire unit, clean the entire duct system and sanitized it. Chris and his team are professional, trustworthy and on time. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Chris!!!

My heating system was blowing cold air out of my vents and it was unbearable as the cold weather started getting more severe. I submitted a request for a service and Chris responded incredibly promptly, letting me know when he would be able to come check it out. He ended up being able to come even sooner than estimated, and within an hour of showing up to my house, he diagnosed the problem, serviced it, and had nice hot air flowing through the entire house. I thoroughly enjoyed my communication with him and I am thrilled to have someone I can trust to take care of my hvac issues from now on. It can be so hard to find good, trustworthy businesses to work with. Chris was outstanding so kind, explained things well and was great about discussing our options. He does not try to oversell or upsell you on things especially unnecessary things which is much appreciated. His pricing is great and we are looking forward to using him for any of our future needs.

I want to give the highest of recommendations for Chris at Integrity Cooling and Heating. I called around 2pm and he was at my home within 2 hours. He quickly identified the issue that was causing our AC to not cool as well. He explained the issue clearly to us and outlined several options for paths forward. He was able to complete the work right away on site and our problem was solved.

But here's what makes him the best: He went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Not only did he fix the issue we brought to him, he recommended a solution to another issue that was a quick and easy fix. While he had the top off of our AC unit, he cleaned it while he was in there! AND, on top of all that, as he was leaving, he handed me a little doggie bag of treats for our good boy with his card attached to it!

Chris is honest, professional, prompt, and provides a VERY high quality service. 5 stars all around!

Highly recommend! We have horrible experiences in the past with AC service companies. Our air conditioning has been broken since October. After more horrific experiences and a ton of money we found Integrity. Chris came out and was a blessing. He was friendly, positive, and honest. He gave us more options than he had to and was truthful about what he would do if it was his family. I never felt that they were just after money. I am so happy to say we are cool as cucumber tonight. He even brought our doggies treats and gave our kitties lots of pats. We will never use another company.

Chris and James walked through our HVAC service call today. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and discussed all of our options with us. Great customer service and truly cared about our situation. We will definitely be calling Chris and his team again.

Once again, Chris was incredibly professional and responsive, and took care of our issue. We needed the duct work cleaned, and fall maintenance. I have pictures of the before and after, and it's incredible the difference. Prior to this recent service, we had used 3 other companies for service, repair, and installation, and absolutely none of them were able to truly fix the issue in our home. Chris not only had us up and running in 30 minutes, he also prepared a plan to finally fix our problem, and got it done. We have had zero issues since. Integrity is a God-send. He'll have our business forever.

Chris with Integrity gave us clear, trustworthy advice on how to deal with air quality issues stemming from our HVAC system. He was extremely thorough in his inspection, answered my numerous questions in detail, and provided a clear estimate of recommended work. If you are dealing with air quality issues - especially if things like mold sensitivity are making you sick - you must call Integrity. I've had several other vendors look at my system, and none identified our root issues.

this is the best place in TN for anti-mold & just general clean air = clean health support!! I can't recommend them enough! They are thorough, fair, and made me feel so safe with all of my health complications I've had from bad filtration in my home. Thank you guys so much!

Chris was amazing! Came out in response to a claim with my home warranty company for my AC. He was nice, professional, on time, and very thorough - even explained to me things he was looking at. He seems to be an incredibly reasonable and honest person and he even had treats for my dogs! Will absolutely use and recommend Chris/Integrity again in the future!

Chris and his crew did an amazing job installing my new unit and answering the hundred questions I had. They showed up on time and worked hard all day installing the new unit. He provided pictures of the work that was completed as well as showing me in person. All around great company with hard-working, honest, diligent and professional individuals. A HUGE THANK YOU to Integrity Cooling and Heating for coming to our rescue once again! During this time of sub-zero temperatures, our heat was not working. They came out within hours of my call and got it diagnosed and fixed in no time. I cannot say enough about the service we have received from Integrity. You have not experienced truly great service, if you have not used them.

Update: I did not hesitate to call Chris, after his previous work for us, when our unit was not cooling off a few rooms in our home. He responded quickly and again preformed a superior service. Once he found the issue, he explained everything and walked me through different options to meet our needs. I can’t say enough about this man and this company. I only wish they did more than heating and air. Service like this is rare in this day and time. I highly recommend Integrity for your Heating and Air needs!

Integrity Cooling and Heating came out and performed routine maintenance and inspection on my system, which led to us to discovering some mold, which could have been a big issue. They cleaned it up and installed UV lighting for preventative measures. Top quality service, great prices, but most of all they are very professional and caring.

Wonderful experience! Chris and his team were professional and personable. They cleaned our AC units of mold and added technology to clean our indoor air from the “nasties”. They also installed a house-wide dehumidifier to reduce overall humidity in the house and basement. When they were done, they totally cleaned up all areas of the house where they were working and walking through, including vacuuming. We did not need to do a follow up clean. If it were possible to give 6 stars, that’s what Integrity would receive. Their name truly reflects their work. Thank you, Chris & team!

Chris was friendly and personable, and came across to me as very honest. He was communicative and showed on on-schedule.

Our unit had developed a leak, and was completely out of Freon. The repair and refill was not cheap, but I think he priced his services reasonably and transparently. I am happy to pay a fair price to someone who is competent and ethical. I would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone who asks.

Chris and his team (Caleb, Aiden, and James) worked super hard, dealt with pulling out 31 year old duct work. They hit it hard and completed all of the work in one day. The project was kept tidy all throughout the day. Chris communicated about what he was doing, checked in with us to ask for our inputs, provided options. Super sharp in their approach to our house and it's design/makeup. Chris and Caleb spent considerable time listening to our concerns, investigating what was going on, providing thoughtful and good options. We felt like he and his crew treated our home as if it was his in the quality of workmanship, professionalism, courtesy, care for our belongings. We had high expectations for Integrity Cooling and Heating and they more than met them....they exceeded them. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting to know they're in good hands, expecting good workmanship, care and the final product.

Had an issue with our mini-split unit. They came out the same day that I let them know of the problem and they got the issue taken care of within a couple hours. Technician was great and very helpful. Will continue to use with any hvac issues moving forward.
