I had switches that were acting really funny and controlling the wrong lights. Josh came and spent the time troubleshooting and making everything work. Now the 2 switches for the foyer light control the foyer light and the 2 switches for the garage door lights control the outdoor garage door lights. Somehow, they were backwards and causing some other erratic behavior. They must have been installed incorrectly in the beginning.

My husband already posted a review but I wanted to leave one also because of how great the service was. Very pleased with the overall quality, professionalism, and efficiency! Would recommend them to anyone!

We were having terrible issues with fuses blowing, lights going out and coming back on sporadically, water heater issues, anything you can think of. I got a great deal. I would recommend them.

Lee installed a ceiling fan for us. The initial fan was defective and they promptly exchanged with the store. Calls from the office were returned promptly as well. We are very pleased.

They came within the next day and had the work done in a timely manner. Doug and Paul were very professional and did a great job.

We have used Long Electric on several projects & they have always done a fantastic job. We look forward to working with them on many more projects in the future. I highly recommend giving them a call!

As a contractor in the West Knox area I’ve used Long Electric for over 5 years now. Dan Long and his guys are professional, responsive, show up on time and do good clean work. You won’t find a better electrician around!

I want to say my experience with Bruce Saul and his work crew at Long Electric, LLC was simply outstanding. Ours was a fairly major project and required coordination with LCUB, KUB, neighborhood HOA, and Knox County. Bruce was always accessible and our communications (phone, email, text) on a wide variety of issues, were wonderful.

Bruce Saul was brutally honest when it came to delivery dates for supplies and materials in this era of COVID supply-chain breakdowns. I had no idea it was so bad, particularly in the construction electrical industry. However, I knew he was pushing hard to keep a reasonable time schedule.

The actual work product far exceeded expectations and our neighborhood was very lucky to have picked Long Electric for our street lighting.
