You know how you find a repair or service that you almost don’t want to review because you want to keep them for yourself? That’s how I would describe McDonald’s HVAC. I have only have one experience with them, but it was 10/10 service without a doubt. It’s so rare to find customer focused companies in the home maintenance space.
I can’t recommend them enough. Seriously. Just stop reading reviews and call them.

He explained to me about everything that he did. When I went out to give him a check the unit looked like it was brand new again. I would recommend them if you are looking for service.💯👍

McDonald’s HVAC is great. I called with heating issues & before lunch they had us back up & going. Dusty is very knowledgeable & helpful. Our technician knew exactly what the problem was & had it taken care of super fast! I will definitely use them for all my heating & cooling needs.

The thermostat went out in our new house and they were willing to walk us through a few troubleshooting items before having to come out. Very professional and accommodating.

The tech was very helpful and knowledgeable! I feel like he went above and beyond! Finished the job in a timely manner! Very professional! Quite affordable as well! Thanks guys!

Brock has good Customer service, knowledge, and spent the time getting the problem fixed.

My AC wasn't working so I called McDonald's. Dusty came out the same day, identified the issue and swapped out the broken part within minutes. I received excellent customer service from Dusty and Theresa in the office. Parts were under warranty so I was extremely happy.

Brock was very professional and proficient. With the prices of everything going up these days I was panicking for weeks thinking my A/C repair was going to be close to a million for the repair!! To my surprise, it was no where near that!! Very affordable price, just like back in the 1900’s!! Those were the good old days! After a bit-bot and bam from Brock, my A/C was repaired just like that! We used McDonalds HVAC at our office and they were quick but thorough with their inspection, offered a quote same day, and made scheduling very easy. We set aside two days for work but they finished in 1! We are very happy to be McDonalds HVAC customers
