Mark Welch of Bio plumbing came out on Labor Day weekend to fix an emergency leak. Can’t say enough how great Mark was. Mark Nad Bio plumbing are outstanding.

They arrived at the time they said they would, changed out 3 toilets in my house and other than having wonderful new toilets would never had known they were even here - everything was left so neat and clean.

Back story - until now I had not found a plumber in Knoxville that I really liked. Have had at least 3 different plumbers work on the same toilets and we decided it was time to just replace them all. I have finally found a good plumber in town!

We had a really bad clog in our main line, it was pushing toilet water into our sinks and shower! They sent Kasey out to help us, and he cleared all our problems up! Really friendly guy and a great face for the company. Definitely recommend them for your plumbing issues, he was done and out in about 45 minutes!
