Mark came right on time, he did everything he was supposed to do right away and I’m very satisfied with his work. He also came into the customer’s home with shoe covers which is well mannered! Thanks!

I have been very pleased with the technician and the receptionist. They have both been extremely nice and helpful. From the time I called Craddock, the work was done in less than 24 hours.

Work was completed in a very professional manner. They were right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Were very careful to not track water into the house (it was raining). Chris Whitaker did an excellent job with the work!

Grayland Hixson came out from Craddocks and replaced a part in the electrical box that was recommended by my inspector. He had been here before to meet the electrical inspector when my walk in tub was completed. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and the difference between the two ways to do the installation. He marked everything and cleaned everything up. I appreciated the patience with the follow up. I highly recommend Craddocks and would use them again.

Responding to a further problem with the electrical system, Steven and Keith again were the consummate pros. They were quick and checked everything including the meter. I felt very comfortable with both of them and they were knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything.

Mark, Greyland, and Paul all 3 are fantastic electricians. They dont do band aid work and i can appreciate that in an electrician. They tell you whats code and whats safe or not safe and how to do it right and price a job and they get it done. Fast, thorough, and professional. We love this company.

It took less than an hour for a quick invoice, Ring doorbell installation, and quick analysis of any other issues we might have, all at a really reasonable price for first rate service. I can’t recommend Craddock enough!

Craddock's had a technician to me the same day. Right from the jump, I knew I was going to like Derick Gladney. Within two hours, Derick designed the improvement, provided a quote and had it installed using materials on the truck. We somehow also found the time within there to become buds. It didn't hurt either that the job was done for a fraction of what the competition had quoted, and they hadn't even designed it correctly. You can't go wrong with Craddock's prices or Derick's skills. Call this company! You won't regret it!

Derick came to fix a circuit breaker and warranty the plug for our EV port. He was extremely helpful and was able to complete the job in a quick and timely manner. Thank you so much for the help and service.

Mark and Chris, did a wonderful job installing two EV 240 plugs, installing a power source in my attic, adding a power surge to my main box, and doing a whole house inspection. They stepped through the changes they made and also was very informative when they had to alter the plan. The work is perfect and I'm very satisfied with the changes made. I do want to point out one thing, don't always choose a book by its cover, or a brief call. Thank you 👍

I had installed 2 separate dedicated 20 amp circuits, a cutoff of a new mini split and some power for a sump pump in a crawl space.

Derick and Dylan were quick to identify the electrical issues plaguing our home, and they were very efficient in completing the repairs. We had a very professional experience with everyone at Craddock's, and I will be giving them a call for any future work.

I cannot recommend them enough. They really do treat you like family and your home like their own. They’re meticulous, kind, leave no detail unturned - and the quality of work is tremendous. Being new to Nashville I wasn’t sure who to call and when I was referred to Craddock and specifically Mark - I didn’t know how lucky I’d get. If these photos are any indication - my dog loved them. And frankly dogs are often the best read of good people. And Mark is hands down fantastic - and my dog agrees too. I’m glad I have a few more things to work on in a month or so to be able to call him back - but sad to know he’s done such an amazing job that I won’t have the pleasure of working with them again because they’ve ensured I’ll never have an electrical issue at my house again. Seriously the best.

Nick is the most professional electrician I’ve ever met in my life. Due to Him being the most professional, patient, kind, and the best person for customer service Hands down I will continue choosing this electric company. Most electricians I’ve ever dealt with is always, half sober, cussing, smoking, yelling, complaining, but not Nick. He shows up, yes, sir no sir, professionally dressed and he didn’t smell like he just crawled out of the beer and weed closet! He even had the attitude that I could tell was authentic when he asked how can I make you a happy Customer. He’s also very knowledgeable. There was a situation where I did not have the right equipment before an ice storm came so him and Jeremy had to go out and find equipment when they google search the equipment Lowe’s website stated they had it in stock when they showed up they found out it was not in stock. He Said, that bothered him and that he was not going to tell me sorry we can’t help you; so they sat in the parking lot thinking how can we make this right? And that he was not going to accept failure and leave us without power. They came up with a solution to get my generator to work in case it was needed in the ice storm. They got everything up and running and Nick even came back after the ice storm to Gave me the exact equipment that I wanted at no extra charge.

Chris, Nick, and Dylan were fast, friendly, and very helpful. This crew has joined the list of hero professionals that have helped us all get up and running again. I highly recommend Craddock Electrical for all your electrical needs.

Nick diagnosed some electrical issues I was having due to a previous owners DIY work. He was very thorough with his root cause analysis and then repaired the problems very efficiently. He gave me great advice and then did a final inspection to ensure all electrical breakers were properly functioning. He was a great

i’ll be trusting steven and keith with all of the electrical work i need in my home. they were great - communicative, thorough, punctual. i feel super lucky to have found someone i trust to work on a 70+ year old house with abysmal old wiring!
