Adam went above and beyond to help with my septic tank. He not only found it but also hand-dug it in the rain to get the job done! His work ethic is truly impressive, and he was both courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Adam to anyone needing reliable and professional service. Able to fit me in same day! Appointment follow up was good! Knowledgeable regarding trade. Courteous and professional. After conversation found out that was able to do more than just drains does home improvement with bathrooms and plumbing so I believe he’s going to do some additional plumbing or put in an additional black room for me. I texted Adam 2 days ago about scheduling an appointment for someone to come out and clean our septic filter and he came out today. He did a great job and is thorough. Adam is also great communicator about arrival time and also about the details of the cleaning or repair. We will absolutely call on him again when needed.

2 young gentlemen helped retrieve my bundle of keys from an unused but open gutter drain where I had unbelievably dropped them. I could not see or feel the keys myself and probably made the situation worse attempting to retrieve them with a flexible extension arm with a magnet. They used a snake with a camera and located the keys and got them for me. All of this on a Friday night! They then covered the unused drain so that it won’t happen again! Thank you to these young men!

Adam was quick to reply to a request for an estimate. Came out to our house after a full day of work to inspect and explain the process of renewing and relocating our aging septic tank. He gave the steps it would take, the concerns we might encounter, the time it would take and an estimated cost of various size tanks. He seemed very knowledgeable and easy going.

Jacob arrived on time and when he met me, he removed his glove and shook my hand. This may not mean anything to you, but it speaks volumes to me. It’s an ages old confirmation that says “I put my honor behind my effort”. He did that. He was quick to do the job he was hired for. He was gracious to explain the situation and the options that were available. He was polite and respectful. It’s in your best interest to hire Rooter Man for your septic situation. Our septic tank back filled with all the rain we’ve had lately. Spoke with Aaron and agreed on pricing. They were available to come the very next day. I opened the dirt with a backhoe so access would be easy. Tech Jacob arrived and the process took around 30 mins. I recommend Aaron and his crew. Will use again in the future.
