Our Air conditioner stopped working at around 10:00 PM first thing the next morning we called the company that had inspected our unit previous to our purchasing our new home he was able to come but it would be between noon and midnight he suggested that we call Shelton's they called me back quickly and Tyler came out within 10 mins and had our unit back up and running super fast and they are very affordable we are very grateful for our repaired unit and would highly recommend their services.

They have always been quick to respond. They are able to come out and diagnose a problem usually the day of... depending on the age of the unit and the problem... they can often fix it that day, as well.

They definitely came to my rescue when I needed them EVERY TIME !!!! Great service and awesome folks 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Not being originally from the area, when I bought my house, I noticed their sticker on my thermostat control. I have called them approximately 4 times in the past few years and they have been nothing but exceptional, friendly and very reasonable. The last time I called them was last night after we discovered a squealing noise coming from the outdoor fan. He told me to put on the Emergency setting which kept my upstairs warm overnight. He came out in the morning, made a quick fix and we are back up and running. Highly recommend.

Called Shelton's for Ductwork they were very responsive and professional. The gentlemen that came were very nice and respectful. They did a great job and finished with no issues. The honesty that I encountered with this company is why Shelton's will always have my business.

We used Shelton's to replace both units in our Toxaway house. The price was very good for the quality of the equipment, but what really impressed was the service. They are very responsive, punctual and polite. I recently had a minor issue with one of the units getting knocked off the wifi, and they were able to correct it the same day. I very highly recommend Shelton's for any HVAC work.
