Called EZ Heating & Cooling at 10am about my furnace not working. Within just a few hours a technician came out and fixed it same day. Very professional and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Highly recommend

Solid service. Very good communication with this company. They were able to service my HVAC on a holiday with a three day notice. They gave me a much appreciated courtesy call before arriving. The owner/technician was professional and friendly.

Rick has come out to service my units several times and has always done great work! I feel very confident knowing he will do the best work and also be honest to save me the most money instead of telling me I need to replace the whole thing, which would make him the most money.

I have used several companies in the area over the years but I have to say, this air condition & heating company is the best I have dealt with. Very professional staff from the person that answered the phone, sales person and installation crew. They had my complete system replaced and running in five hours. The crew also fixed a problem they found with my duct system that all the other companies had over looked. The new system is quit and my house has never been as comfortable as it is now. You won't be disappointed with Their service.

Mr. Dye did a really good job assessing our needs and explaining the cause of our trouble. He and his crew quickly and professionally installed our unit. Mr Dye also filled out all of the paperwork necessary for a 10 year warranty. We would high suggest EZ Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs!

I got in touch with Rick at EZ and he promptly sent over a very competitively priced estimate. Once I agreed to it they were able to get a unit installed in less than a week. They were professional to work with and did an excellent job on the install.

Now my office is toasty warm!

Highly recommend. Our unit went down this summer, Rick and his crew had a new unit installed for us within a couple days. He even came back out recently, 5 months later, to correct a factory issue with the unit at no charge. We called in the morning and he was here by early afternoon. Great company and very honest with pricing.

We had issues with another local company and used Rick at EZ Heating and Cooling to come put a second set of eyes on our failing unit. With a storm fast approaching, not only did he do a very thorough inspection and diagnosis, but he expedited our service and came out within a couple hours of calling. He put the unit through rigorous tests and checks, far beyond any other company we previously worked with. He definitely knows his trade. We will be using EZ Heating and Cooling from here on out. Rick and his guys came out and installed our new HVAC today and were wonderful! I contacted him about the job and got a free quote and once we were ready he got us scheduled WITHIN 2 DAYS of me reaching back out. Very timely and professional and also very knowledgable about all things heat and air. He gave me some great advice about programing our new unit with ways to save money and reduce stress on our new unit. I have known Rick for a long time and he is a VERY reliable and trustworthy person and runs his business the same way. My husband and I have personally had very bad experiences with a couple heating and air companies in the knoxville area and we are so relieved EZ heating and Cooling has come to town!

We really enjoyed our experience with EZ Air. Rick and his crew had us a new unit installed in less than 24 hrs over a weekend. If anyone is looking for an honest, professional HVAC company, these are your guys. I highly recommend!

A few years ago I had issues with my AC. Every place I called said I needed a new AC $6,000 ranges!!!! my last call (5th call) was to EZ & they came out & fixed my current unit for a very fair price & it is still running today! A year ago they came out again for a small repair but did let me know the life on the current unit is running out but I can prolly limp by another year or 2. Today the condenser went out, they came out same day, fixed it, & I didn’t know that part was under warranty until he told me as he had it apart. EZ has Saved me tons of money several times. Next year we will get a new unit & it will be through EZ. They are honest & fair. I have thrown out the numbers to all the other local heat/AC businesses. Thank you EZ for saving me THOUSANDS!!!!!! Over the last few years, giving me time to save for the future new unit! Rick you are awesome!!!!!
