We were in town from Michigan visiting our sick Grandfather. We called Robert’s because we did not have any hot water. David came over immediately and tried to fix the tank and doing everything thing he could to save us from having to buy a new hot water tank. Despite his efforts we had to to buy a new tank. David came over with his son the next morning and in less than 30 minutes had old tank out and new one installed. Great people and I highly recommend them. Thank you for helping us!

To sum up this business in one word I would say AWESOME. I had a water meter that was spinning indicating a major leak. I couldn’t find anything inside the house or around the outside. I called four plumbers before calling Robert's Plumbing. All told me they couldn’t fit me in for two or more weeks. I asked one guy what am I suppose to do with an out of control leak driving up my water bill. His reply was I don’t know what to tell you bud; maybe shut off the water. Yeah for two weeks until he gets to me. Luckily, Robert's Plumbing had someone come out in less than 30 minutes. Dave found and repaired the leak stopping the spinning water meter. I can’t thank Robert's Plumbing enough and already discussed having an outside hydrant or two and fix an issue with my hot water tank when he gets a chance. Mr. Robert & Mr. Dave y’all are awesome!

Had a leak that turned out to my water heater no longer working and was leaking . James and Nico were prompt, friendly, professional. They explained everything they were doing. Gave me an upfront fair estimate. Had my new hot water heater quickly. Other companies either never called me back or we're going to have me wait 4 days. I highly recommend Roberts plumbing. You guys are awesome!

We called Robert’s Plumbing this morning because we weren’t getting any water in the house. David and Nick were at the house within an hour of the call. David took all of 5 mins to diagnose the problem and get our water running again. All at a reasonable price which we were pleased about. We will call them from now on with any plumbing issues. Thank you all very much.

I had Roberts plumbing to come out for a water leak on a outside spicket and it had a hole in the galvanized fitting. They replaced the whole spicket with all the pipe to the main line with PVC and was good for 7 months. Then I had a leak again at the same spot and they wouldn't come out and even look at it without charging again. Very ugly on the phone and even threatened me about the conversation we had about the issue.they finally said the would look at it 2 days later and called me the next day and informed me they were going to charge me either way to repair it because it's been months.i told them that I will get somebody else to look at it and the other company dug it up and Roberts connected the lines with so much stress that it cracked! Even calling them back about the issue they still refuse to help on the work repaired because of the 7 months they repaired it.this company does NOT stand behind there work nor care about a customer! BEWARE of this company!!!!!
