The knowledge and customer service is amazing. Knew the issue and fixed it for an affordable price. Also explained the issue, so I knew what needed to be replaced instead of adding extra costs.

I called multiple HVAC companies in the Memphis area, and they all informed me that my unit needed to be completely replaced and that it would take at least a week. Best Air worked with us on a different solution that saved us a ton of time and money. Tony and TJ showed up promptly and were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Will definitely use this company for repairs and tune-ups in the future.

Several years ago, my AC stopped working in the rental property that I live in. I went 3 days in the summer heat with no AC. Every one that the landlord sent took one look at the unit & refused to fix it. Then Tony came. He fixed the unit in about 2 hrs. He's really the Best. I have him come every spring to perform preventative maintenance on this older AC unit.
