Fast repair and good communication. Really appreciate how fast they came out to repair my AC.

The techs were nice and respectful. I was also told about a possible issue from one of the units we have. They also worked quickly to take care of everything.

I bought a fixer upper and had no idea what was going on with the heating and ac unit so I called OPACHs. His team was very professional and made the process very easy. Mr. Oscar was actually onsite and took the time to educate me on what had gone wrong and provided me with no pressure options and solutions to get everything up and going. I see why they say call OPACHs now.. Trust me, seeing is believing so call OPACHs to receive it.

The first time I met OPACHS, they were fixing my neighbor's air conditioner. When I told the OPACHS guy that my pipes were freezing up, and that I hadn't changed the filters in a long time, he said the filters is likely the problem. I changed the filters and my pipes stopped freezing up. When the temperatures went up to 95 degrees, the pipes started freezing up again. So now when I needed help, I called the guy who gave me a free tip on how to fix it the first time. So I called OPACHS and one lead man came out with a couple trainees. I felt like I went back in time because all three were very polite and respectful. Turns out I have a slow freon leak and I was down 4 lbs. Since I have the leak and my unit is over 20 years old, he recommended I get a new unit. I told him I couldn't afford it right now and that I would like him to just add more freon. He warned me about the realities of the situation and that I may need to add more freon soon depending upon how fast the leak is. I opted for just adding the freon and my unit is cooling great with no freezing up. When I can afford a new unit, I will be calling OPACHS. I recommend OPACHS if you want expertise, straight talk and great a customer service experience.

From start to finish the OPACHS team was professional, courteous and responsive. When my AC went out, they scheduled a same day appointment for a free estimate. They were on-time, and focused on what they offered (quality service at a reasonable price) without bad mouthing or making negative comments about the competition. When it came time for the installation, they were again on-time, thorough and professional. Finally, they were courteous and responsive when I needed their assistance to process a refund that was a result of an error on my part. Overall, a very positive experience!

The service tech was really knowledgeable and quickly determined the issue with my heating unit. Job was completed in less than an hour and the fee was reasonable . Will definitely be using their services for all my AC and heating needs.

We did a full install with OPACHS, both heating and A/C and a lot of attic duct work. The whole crew did an outstanding job. It was not an easy removal process but they figured out a way. Mr. Freeman and Mr. Johnson stayed late in the evening to finish the job. We even had an A/C disconnect issue (not related to OPACHS) and the guys went out and got a new electrical wall unit and installed it. They could have easily pushed it to the next day but they finished it and still gave me the thorough walk through at the end. All the crew was polite and professional. Job well done.

This company is the best! They are fast, efficient and honest! I had two other companies that forced us to believe that the builders had done a terrible job installing the HVAC system and that we needed to replace the entire Heating unit. OPACH came right over and changed a simple igniter.

OPACHS customer service was exceptional. When you have a crisis in your home you want timely professional service. The point of contact can ruin or gain trust for your company. I was greeted by a friendly voice who kept me informed. She gave me a next day appointment and when the weather was not safe, I was called and given a time for the next day. The service technicians were also friendly, respectful, and even went to go purchase equipment to speed up the process for the install. OPACHS offers fast, friendly, convenient service that is extremely customer-friendly! The the HVAC expert, Abayneh Cunningham, was very professional by contacting my wife & I about our particular situation -- keeping us abreast of the status of our furnace. The correct part was ordered, installed in a timely manner, and within two days our heating system was back online. As a consumer I really appreciate their customer service skills, it makes the customer feel secure & special! OPACHS makes the needs of the customer a priority!

My experience with Opach AC and Heating Services was extremely pleasant. The service representative, Robert Howard, was highly professional and courteous. Mr. Howard listen to what I wanted and delivered just that. The technicians, Mr. Jermaine Jackson and another male who's name escapes me were both very professional and courteous. My old equipment was removed and my new system installed without disruption to me or my family. Everything was explained to me such as that I would understand everything that occurred. My receipt was emailed promptly. I do wish that I could have a itemized receipt of my purchase. Thanks for a job well done.

The WHOLE TEAM treated my home as if it was their own. Everything was explained in detail along with video of the service that they provided. My yard was a mess due to the extensive amount of rain but they made sure they didn't leave a mess coming in and out of my home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

My A/C unit outside stopped working and with it being 90° it didn't take long for my house to heat up. Called them yesterday and they came out the next morning.

The technician Abayneh came out, quickly saw the issue and got me hooked up. He took care of business and was great to talk with.

To sum it up the service was great and the people I talked too over the phone and in person were super nice. Will definitely be using them again.

Courteous, friendly, and professional service as my furnace went out at the worst possilbe time of year. They responded surprisingly fast, came out n gave a reasonable estimate, and were able to install the next day . Top notch five stars all day! Great job. The company came out and installed a heating unit the same day that I called them. They worked diligently to complete the job. Although it is early to say I believe we have a good unit. There was one small item that was of concern, but one of the owners (Oscar) came out and personally took care of it the same day I spoke to him about it. I would recommend OPACHS as a company to rely on.

These guys do great work. Keith, Jerry, Darrion, and Jaden were very efficient and had great customer service. They came out and installed a new HVAC unit in my home. They were very informative about the unit. Keith and Jerry made sure everything was nice and neat when they finished working. I would recommend OPACHS AC & Heating Services if you need a unit installed or repaired.
