At your Cherokee location the employee with the tattoos at your counter is very unprofessional and rude I was referred to this location but I'm choosing to shop elsewhere

The workers in the counter sales department were rude and not helpful. It was obvious that they did not want to help us find a part and had very little knowledge of their own stores products!
