Smiths plumbing was fast at getting someone out to our home to figure out what was the problem with our water heater. Though we didnt go with them the plumber that came out NOVA was very professional, Imformative, and overall a kind guy. Thanks Smiths!

Joe Higgins came to my house twice to fix a clogged main pipe. He wasn't able to fix it the first day because of the ice storm but came back and he and his assistant fixed the issue and didn't make any mess. They were professional and did a great job that didn't break the bank. Will use again if I need them and will be asking for Joe.

I can’t say enough about this company by far the best that I have dealt with. Threw the best and threw the worst. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone. Gage Griffin and everyone else there that I have had the pleasure of meeting are the best around. The ladies in the office don’t mess around d they get things done and fast too. I will tell anyone that will listen that at the lowest point in my life as my wife of 43 years just went to heaven, Smith plumbing and Gage lifted my heart. It started with Brock, a proficient, patient, helpful, thorough, and courteous representative of Smith’s Plumbing who arrived at scheduled time. With 3 bids on hand, after Brock responded to my questions on different brands of tankless, position of gas and water pipes, along with a competitive price, It was an EASY decision to have Smith’s Plumbing replacing my 2 tanks water heater with a Rinnai RSC 199 tankless!

Respectful, pleasant, and skillful install crew, Cody and Eli along with roofer Scott, took great care to protect wood floor and extra careful with hauling equipment up and down the stairs. The tankless water heater was up and running prior to 5PM on the same day.

Rest assured it was my first and surely not my last experience with Smith’s Plumbing as I am an extremely pleased customer!

Quick response to our service call request; our technician (Nova) was knowledgeable, professional, gave us options on repair approach, and resolved our plumbing issue. They may not be the cheapest plumber out there, but much prefer quality, professionalism and the right fix the first time, so very glad we went with Smith Plumbing!

Smith’s Plumbing responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and completed the necessary work within a timely manner. Wade was very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond explaining to me what the problem was and what he did to fix it. He also offered some tips for the upcoming freezing weather. I won’t hesitate to recommend them.

I recently called Smith's plumbing for an estimate on a tankless hot water system.
I received a quick response on the estimate request. Will, a plumber, arrived within a day of my request. He was able to give me quotes on the replacement of; one hot water heater, two, and a tankless system. He was also able to secure financing with a company that is "no payment" for 2 years. Pay in full within 24 months and pay no intetest. He had me approved in less than 10 minutes. Awesome guy and Marine Corp Vet!

The job was headed by Alex and his assistant. Sorry I can't remember the assistants name. Both did an awesome job.. They ran a new dedicated gas line, removed my old tanks and did it without making a mess of my house. Both tanks were in my attic.

I'll use Smith plumbing in the future and recommend anyone else that needs professional plumbing needs. Even the lady at their office, that made sure we knew when the plumbers would be at our house, was pleasant and professional.
An overall great experience.

Matthew and Noah were excellent technicians. They were persistent in diagnosing the issues with the heating system and went the extra mile to make certain we were pleased with their repairs; totally standing behind their work to assure we were satisfied with the solution to the problem. Highly recommend.

Joe was absolutely wonderful! He selected a beautiful faucet! Of course he installed it beautifully! It was such a great surprise! He went above and beyond with the selection! I just love it so much!

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mr. Ryan Nelson. His enthusiasm and professionalism was evident in 40°weather underneath my house to find a water leak. He was able to handle the leak and a couple of plumbing surprises. I appreciate Smith Plumbing and it's very capable staff.

Will Newman initially responded to my issue and gave me an estimate which I approved. It was higher than all of the others however because of past interactions with Smiths Plumbing as well as Will's demeanor, I accepted. The installation was performed by Jovani and JD the very next day and it went flawlessly. They couldn't have been nicer and more diligent in their installation of my water heater which was in an awkward place in the attic. Overall, highly satisfied and I recommend them.

We had our water heater go out during the tail end of a 10 day winter storm. I called the following morning and Smiths had a tech on site in an hour and gave me a fair quote and a senior discount and the crew showed up to change the unit within 2 hours. Those young men worked their tails off, as my long driveway was solid ice. They were professional and despite the ice and the big hill they had to climb never complained. They covered all the floors and wore shoe covers and despite the ice, slush and mud they never left a mess. Very satisfied.

Steve Reeves did an awesome job. He walked me thru all the checklist and repair process of both the shower cartridge replacement and the Master toilet clog. He also presented the Smith annual service program offer of which I agreed to. Overall, very knowledgeable and all service was done timely and clean. Thanks Steve !!!
