WOW! I can’t say enough great things about Philip and Brian. My daughter moved into a new house and it has a pond. It was neglected for quite some time and in desperate need of a cleaning. Philip and Brian came out and cleaned her pond! They taught us how to take care of it and what needs to be done to maintain it and keeping looking lovely. Even the 4 gold fish are giddy with excitement! They can actually swim now with ease! Thank you so very much!!!

Our pond had been neglected for a few years and I called Midsouth Ponds for a clean up. The man who came out to do it was super polite and efficient. He had the right equipment and know-how to get this job done. He pumped the icky sludge out into an area of the yard where it wouldn't be a mess. When he finished, the surrounding area of the pond looked great - no mess - which had always been a problem with past self-cleaning jobs. Thanks so much Midsouth Ponds!

Dreamscapes did a great job cleaning our pond and making the waterfall so much better! Three very polite, professional young men showed up right on time and quickly got the pond drained and cleaned. I asked them to make an elevation change in the waterfall, which they did in no time. I am VERY happy with their service, and I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Great Company!! As a new Koi/Goldfish pond owner, This was the first time we had it cleaned. It had been very neglected by the previous owner and had much algae and muck to remove, to bring down the potassium .
Midsouth Pond's employee Hunter patiently answered my questions and went above and beyond to make sure the pond got a thorough cleaning. I would definitely use Midsouth Pond again and will ask for Hunter. Thank you, for a great job.

Hunter did an unbelievable job on our pond redesign and adding a pressure filter today. We would recommend him for all your pond needs.

OK, ponds are amazing, relaxing, add great dimension to your garden, fun to watch fish, and a royal pain in the ass when they are not working right. No longer an issue, call Midsouth Ponds, and Tiffany will answer promptly and get you scheduled. She will probably send Hunter, and he is polite, competent, and knowledgeable with a great quality of attention to detail and work ethic. My pond system had issues I could not resolve. I called Brand X, and they offered to pressure wash my pond, but by the way, we don’t do bottom drains or open clogged lines. Hunter and Midsouth do, and did, running like a top. Only folks in the pond business, that are truly in the pond business. They are on my calendar to do all my maintenance, and they should be on yours too. They rock.

Tiffany with Mid South Ponds is very professional and the pond techs were very educational and skillful.

Philip came and fixed my pump and cleaned out my water feature. It hasn’t been working for a while and they told me it would be several weeks before they could come. But he called and managed to squeeze me in less than a week after I asked and the total cost was less than originally quoted which made me happy! He was efficient and kind, a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend!

Midsouth Ponds cleaned and reworked my two ponds today and did an amazing job. Philip was training two new employees, Kenny and Kyelin, and all three were extremely professional, hard-working, and so pleasant and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company for your pond and water garden needs!

5 star’s service! Philip and Hunter did an amazing job cleaning and repairing our large fountain. They are knowledgeable, professional, efficient and personable. We look forward to working with them again for future fountain maintenance. The office manager Tiffany has been a delight to work with. She is professional, knowledgeable and patient.
