I had air conditioner problems with my split unit. This unit heats and cools the upper level of the house. I had a technician arrive within 24 hours who diagnosed the problem as a slow leak in the head unit. He determined the head unit needed to be replaced but managed to stop the leak temporarily while the main office ordered a new one. I had a new unit arrive in 3 days and was installed 2 days later. This company is Head and Shoulders above any company in my 72 years that I have leased from. Thank your prompt service and actually fixing a problem with replacement rather than placing a band aid on the issue.
