ALLIANCE RESTORATION WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE ESPECIALLY MR. CULIN.. I recently utilized Alliance Restoration company initially for roof damage that was covered by insurance. Justin was amazing. He dealt with all the insurance claims, paperwork and adjuster. The job was completed in one day once the weather permitted. I decided to put that house on the market to sale. Justin completed the flooring in the kitchen, dining room, half bath and laundry area in one day with what I desired. They look amazing Justin. He also repaired some siding and chimney painting. Thanks so much for making this process less stressful.

Just had complete tear off and installation of architectural shingles on my house and garage, including replacement of a lot of rotted wood and the installation of a ridge vent. The work was done professionally and was completed in one day, and the price was actually lower than I had expected based on a previous estimate. I was especially pleased by the ease of interacting with Rich, who patiently answered my questions, which were numerous since I had never gone through this process before. I have recommended Rich and Alliance Restoration to several friends and neighbors, and I do so without hesitation or reservation.

Mike Anderson of Alliance Restoration did two major jobs for me this year. He is amazing, Organized, timely, dependable and communicative. I could sing his praises from my roof- which he fixed after a tree fell into my bedroom. Because he was so good, we proceeded with a really tough project of shoring up a floor in our 100 year old house.

Rich and his team did a fantastic job on my new roof. They even went through the stress of having to deal with State Farm on the claim. The work crew showed up early and made sure to cover up all my windows from getting damaged and professional. They were gone by the time I got home from work but could not even tell they were ever there, besides the new roof, with how good of a clean up they did. Thank you Rich and Paul

I highly recommend Mike Anderson with Alliance Restoration. He came to do a small project on our security doors, and after careful examination, explained a better way that was much cheaper. His service was so efficient with high quality, we asked him to do our floors. His flooring guys were fantastic, paying close attention to detail while getting the job done quickly. Mike came to our home often to check on things. He was quick to respond to my (many) questions, and patient while we made our own decisions about what we wanted. It's very clear that he cares about his work. And he cares about his customers. He's the real deal and I'm very thankful to know him.

Their warranty is worthless and they don't stand behind their work. They talk a good game until they have your money.

I wish I could post pic of my roof on here you all would laugh at the job..I cannot get them to come back out to fix the bad job they did..I have mold growing on my bathroom ceiling I sent them pic’s they just don’t care they got their money so I guess to hell with me..But that’s ok..so now I will write to BBB and file a complaint with them..I see I’m not the only women this company put the screws to..I will post on the outcome with BBB..I will post pics on Facebook of my roof and mold on my ceiling along with my warranty papers which shows the company’s name so people can beware of this company and Facebook goes far..I’m not sure about the other people they screwed over but I will not just give up on this..

Do not use this company.. I repeat do not use this company.. I have called these people twice about my roof leaking and I get the same response.. I will get somebody out there to look at it.. My roof is barely 6 months old.. they have not gotten back with me yet.They were very attentive and responsive before I signed my check over to them.. So now that they have gotten my money, I’m not on their priority list..

Very unprofessional! Man came to house when told that no one was home and he decided that he wanted to come anyways. Richard then charged at me telling me to stay away from him when I was not even moving towards him. Do not use this company. Rude and unprofessional. He also did not leave once he was told to. Ridiculous.

I would not recommend this company. They have been working on a neighbors roof for days . They have a radio on the roof it is so loud I can’t hear my tv. They is very inconsiderate to the neighbors around them and very unprofessional.

We had a terrible experience with Alliance Restoration. BUYER BEWARE! They used unqualified, unvetted people on our roof replacement and left several expensive damages. The owner has a very bad temper. Run don't walk away and find a trustworthy company
