All reviews for Michael's Tree & Loader Service

I just watched Michael’s Tree and Loader Service take down two MASSIVE trees across the street from my home. Mike and his crew were efficient and left the street looking great! They were in and out in under two hours. They don’t chip the tree on your property, they pick it up and haul it away. It cost a little more, but it’s definitely worth it.

punctuate , very good service

They do good work.

I liked it just fine. Nice people.

If you've made it this far to read the reviews, do yourself a favor and call these guys. They can handle whatever crazy yard problem you got, do it well, and for a fair price.

Honest company with great, rates! Employees are extremely knowledgeable and their jobs! I would recommend MTL every time!

Excellent work. Estimate was spot on and the crew were out there the next day and had the job done. Highly recommended, brilliant work.

Great staff, communicative service, very professional and clean tree removal. Could not have been more pleased. Will hire again.

Excellent service. Great clean up. Also provided promix for our flower beds. Will not hesitate to call again for our next tree trimming.

MTLS has done several jobs for me and my family. I recommend them to everyone who needs tree work.

First, their pre-consultaion is honest - no surprises. 2. They dont "upsell" you to cut more than you need. They actually told me that cutting too much would kill a tree. 3. If you only need a small crew, thats what they send. Need a crane? You'll get it. 4. They clean up the mess. They haul away all the limbs that the city wont pick up. No pile on your curb for weeks that you are responsible for.

If you need quality tree work, Michael's Tree and Loader is who you should call first.

We used Michael's Tree and loader Service and they did an amazing job. I'll recommend them to anyone. They took care of my Mom like she was apart of their family.

Michael's Tree & Loader was across the street picking up some large downed trees and branches. I was amazed at how professionally and quickly he got it all loaded and the area cleaned. While he was not working for me, I still highly recommend his service.

Michael's was very professional, and they did an excellent job with a very large tree removal at my home. They were very careful with my property, and made the process easy from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Excellent job. On time, and gave full attention to details and special instructions. Courteous. No price change and honored published coupon. I have used them before and will only consider another tree service if they retire.

The staff at this company are professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and experienced. Also, the cost is reasonable. From the minute that I contacting them I was told exactly what would happen in removing such a large old tree. One of the staff members even talked to a neighbor to get clearance in using their driveway. My neighbors and I were truly impressed with their skills in cutting down such a large gum tree, the clean-up of the debris, and how a safe zone for traffic to freely move around the machines was set-up while the tree was being cut. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs tree service and I plan to use them again in the future.

Great tree trimming and removal company. They have lots of different kinds of mulches and other materials on site

I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Michael’s Tree & Loader Service! I’ve never had a tree removed or had any idea what to expect and this experience was a dream!! If you want an idea of what to expect, read on, otherwise TL;DR.

We had an old growth oak tree in the middle of the turn around at the side of our house that was making the parking space behind it all but unusable. It wasn’t just its massive size - we could’ve dealt with that - it was the constant falling limbs, dripping sap, bug/squirrel/bird mess, just an overall mess. AND our power, cable and phone lines all ran under the canopy in danger constantly of being taken out of service.

We called Michael’s on a recommendation from a friend. Mandi in the front office was very quick to have Anthony come out the next day to get us a quote. He was extremely knowledgeable about trees in general and how we needed to go about removing our particular nuisance. They gave us a very reasonable quote and were willing to wait while we gathered more information.

About a week later, we realized they were they best choice - not the least expensive but definitely the best overall value - and called to schedule. It ended up being good timing as they had a cancellation and could fit us in the next day. Mandi quickly coordinated with STEMC to get the electrical wires moved out of the way, and the next morning everything was ready to go.

Merlin and crew were perfect! They did everything with an efficient and watchful eye (even saved a baby squirrel), and moved the debris to the street. The debris was picked up the next day by Trent and his huge picker/dump truck.

Due to weather the stump grinding took a few extra days, but Merlin came back yesterday and that’s now gone so you can’t even tell a tree was there! I just waved goodbye to Trent who cleaned up the shavings from the grind and we are done!

Amazing work!
I just watched them take down a hazardous 125 foot tall Sycamore tree overhanging structures for the city of Saint Louis. Showed up early at 7:30 and finished before 1:00. The street is clean and not a scratch on anything near. They're safe and professional.
The day before this I had these guys remove a 6 foot diameter by 20 foot trunk from a backyard that their grapple truck couldn't easily reach. The ones who felled that tree couldn't clear it and Michael's were the right choice for that job. The price was fair and they finished that in probably less than 3 hours.

Nice staff and great place of business

They are rock and roll through the yard it's a whole lot better now you won't get stuck as much

🌳🌲We did not hire them directly but the City of Southaven hired them to come get rid of the tree debris from our cast off garbage heaps after the Ice Storm...they did a great job and took care of it when the City could not! Thank you!🌻
