The Window Source and its owner, Don, have been top notch in every way . They sell amazing windows that not only look good but have saved me many dollars on my electric bill. Their installer, Roberto, is the best that there is-dependable, knowledgeable and teaches his crew at the same time. Overall I would not go with any other company in the future.

I am so pleased with Window Source. They installed siding and gutters in February and it looks great. Don and his crew were very professional. There are no hidden costs, no surprises. When he gives you s quote that’s it. I’m getting ready to have them install more windows and shutters. Highly recommend.

just had all new windows installed by Window Source. We can already tell a big difference in energy savings!! They look great - curb appeal and view from inside is spectacular. Their top-of-the-line windows were more reasonably priced than the medium grade 'big box' store quotes. Don was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The windows arrived in the timeframe he estimated and the installation was painless.

The demo and presentation was thorough and communication was always easy. The window order came in the amount of time advised and we were scheduled for an installation date immediately. The team arrived on time and the installation process was professional. I'm very happy with my new energy efficient windows. This is was an ideal experience.

Don did such an amazing job on my windows! From his in home presentation, to the installation, and his check ins after to make sure we are happy, he was simply fantastic! Don and Roma are wonderful!!! Great people with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them. Don put in new windows at our home (12 windows) and it turned out to be fantastic. We previously used Crone construction which they were great too but Don beat them in prices for our second set so I would definitely recommend checking with Don from Window source before using others. Right now, we are waiting on our interior shutters to come in - super excited!

The owner (Don) was very informative, professional and polite. It took the windows about 4 weeks to be delivered. Don called me and set an appointment. The installer did a good clean job. We purchased our house in December and did a total renovation to the interior. Now it's time to do the outside and we chose Memphis Window Source to replace our windows. Don came to the house and showed us a great selection and we chose a mid range window that had a lifetime warranty. His crew did the installation in one day they were very efficient and courteous. Dean was a great sales rep and answered all our initial questions. Bruce and his crew were quick and did an incredible job installing the windows. They got the job done in one day and kept the inside and outside clean. Our new windows are exactly what we were hoping for. Cuts down on street noise, way better insulated, and they look great. These guys did an amazing job on my house. We had 20 windows replaced and was amazed at how fast they did it. Very professional install crews, sales was very straight forward no gimmicks or high pressure tactics , and all at a fair price, and the windows look great. For a job that requires quite a bit of mess getting old windows out, these guys left no mess when they were done and paid very good attention to detail on their trim detail work, caulking etc. They even replaced some of my rotted wood that they had to remove to get the old windows out which was awesome. If you have to get windows replaced, save yourself some time and headache and just go to these guys first

Don is very knowledgeable about Window Source Replacement Window products while not pushy. He has very reliable employees. They work at a very fast pace. While watching, I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing & worked as a TEAM! We are extremely happy with our new windows. The new windows really updated the whole look of our house! The five stars are well earned, very smooth process. Don is hands on, responsive and took care of everything from start to finish. The installation of the windows and the craftsmanship of his crew is impressive. The windows are high quality and the trim looks fantastic. The install crew was also super nice, worked hard, respectful of my landscaping, left every flower intact and the yard clean. Couldn’t be happier! We very much recommend!

I had 8 windows and siding installed today by Window Source of Memphis. I am very pleased with my experience with Window Source beginning with meeting Don Buchan, listening to his great presentation and working with his wonderful team of installers.

Don was extremely thorough, gave detailed information about the company and he went to great length in explaining every detail about the products. His presentation was so good I knew we would go with Window Source. I could've cancelled the other estimates I had scheduled but I felt I owed it to them to give them the same opportunity. I guess my mind was pretty much made up I went back to Window Source and happy I did. The product, the price and the service is hard to beat. Everything was on schedule and the finished product was exactly what was expected.

The installers were great they were friendly and very professional and it shows in their work. I will definitely refer Window Source of the Mid South to anyone that needs their service.
