It is so nice to feel the cool air after being out for a while. I have been so very blessed. Logan and Austin did a fantastic job, were so thoughtful in letting me ask my questions, and cleaning up before they left. Thank you all so very much. I would definitely recommend McDonald.

Called in with my HVAC broken down and needed repair. They gave me an appointment between 8am-12pm the next day when the other guys wouldn't even return my call. To say I was shocked to see my tech Joel at my door at 8am on the dot is an understatement. Joel was knowledgeable and friendly, and at no point did this feel like a car salesman experience, pricing was fair, no up selling, no run around, fixed my immediate issue and didn't try to walk me into anything. When your HVAC is broken you need it fixed fast and Mcdonald Heating & Air did just that. 10/10

I wanted to update our review , the 2 gentlemen came today , there was a miscommunication of a message apparently my phone did not receive the message they left until the next day . They were super nice and apologetic for the mix-up even though some of the fault was technology glitch . They are professional , very nice and knowledgeable, it took them less than 20 minutes to repair . Thank you McDonald heating and air for being so professional and understanding.

from the front office to the service technicians that repaired my unit, they were nothing but professional kept me informed of what was going on. They had to backorder a part, called me to let me know when it was gonna be in and when they would install it.
they showed up when they said they were going to and finish promptly. I will be using and recommending McDonald heating and air-conditioning from now on

They did an excellent job . Great communication and customer service . My HVAC system leaked into my ceiling and part of the ceiling fell in . They came out and got it fixed right away . I’m very thankful and would definitely use them again .

Everyone was very polite and showed they knew their skills to check out the old unit and replace with a new one in less time than was originally scheduled made sure everything was working and cleaned up all of the work area. Would definitely recommend them to others

The guys were amazing..They all worked so well together. They are excellent in the job they do. They were very pleasant and patient and took time to time to answer all my questions. They were awesome!

Thank you Will Beverly and McDonald Heat & Air! Our electric bill shot up to $900 and our home was getting up to 88 degrees. We had 2 or 3 other AC companies come out to diagnose the problem all being unsuccessful. We were even billed $180 dollar from another company just to come out and look at it. Will B. was able to come out first thing the next morning and treated us so well. He is very skilled and professional. He was quickly able to figure out the issue. He put the other companies to shame. Thank you so much!! We will be lifetime customers!

It’s been very hot and 2 of our 3 HVAC had gone out. It was literally 99° upstairs. I called one day and they came out on the next day and fixed them. The whole house was cooled off in a few hours. The price was very reasonable, too!! Thank you so much!

Excellent experience! They serviced our AC and fixed the problem. Both gentlemen were professional and polite and wanted us to be satisfied with the work…which we were. They will be our “go-to” for any future HVAC needs.

Kyle maintenanced a garage split unit. He is the 2rd technician from this company I have met. Like the 1st he is friendly, professional, & technically knowledgeable. There were no difficulties in obtaining an appointment. Office staff assisting with scheduling were very professional. I give a 5 star recommendation.

This company is superb. My air temperature was climbing in the middle of a heatwave. I called McDonald's and they came out that afternoon. Kyle explained the issue, answered all my questions honestly. My husband and I opted to go with a brand new unit, due to the age of our current unit. In 2 days McDonald's had ordered us a Carrier unit and moved us up the list because our air was completely out now. Logan Bailey and Jordan were our technicians, showed up early, we're friendly, professional and explained the processes of installing our new unit. 6 hours later, new unit was installed, old unit completely removed and everything cleaned up, they tested the unit, installed my awesome thermostat, went over with me instructions pertaining to the unit. Customer Service answered all my questions, sent estimates, and registered my unit for me. We are very pleased with our new AC and staying nice and cool these days. Thanks.

Incredibly helpful, thorough, and diligent. Answered all my questions and helped me resolve an issue upstairs and then serviced the units for both of my properties.

Pricing was competitive and very fair.

I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

My HVAC went down last night. I called a couple of places, but no one could come out until Sunday (2 days away). McDonald's Heating & Air were able to get someone to my house today and he had it fixed within half an hour. The technician was kind and courteous, very professional, and the repair bill was surprisingly reasonable. I was expecting it to be quite a bit more, so that part was a major bonus! I would recommend McDonald's to anyone, and would definitely use again. Thank you!

I have used McDonald Heating and Air since they installed the HVAC system in my house a year and a half ago. They’ve always been exceptional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
