I had my roof replaced. The process was quick and easy! Michael was great with communication and keeping me updated. Definitely would recommend.

I had a roof leak from a recent hail storm and SQC was very responsive, helped me with my insurance claim and were very involved in every aspect of the whole process. If you want to relieve the ridiculous stress of homeowners insurance claims I highly suggest CJ Reynolds and SQC to take care of everything from start to finish.

I had some roof damage after a storm and Madison and her team were on it! Not only were they fast but the quality of roofing and the customer service I received was superb! I would recommend them for any job large or small!

I can't thank this crew enough for their outstanding service! After a storm damaged our roof, they arrived the same day, removed a fallen tree and secured a tarp before leaving.
I never expected them to take care of the tree, but Will had a chainsaw and removed the tree limbs from the house, and cleared a path for my driveway.
They even took insurance photos. It's rare to find good service these days, and they clearly have been doing this for a long time.
They convinced my adjuster to replace the entire roof after pointing out all the details. Trust this crew, I do.

Mark and his team as Superior Quality Construction is one of the best construction companies that I’ve worked with. They perform their craft at a top-notch experience and I expected nonetheless. I would recommend this company to any general contractor, builder, homeowner, or homeowners association in the Nashville metro or Southeast area. The professionalism, courteous nature, customer service, professionalism and knowledge of the construction industry is top-notch within the market.

We had what we thought was a roof leak and I called Zack at Superior Quality Construction! He said he was on vacation but, he would have someone to give me a call! He took the time to give me his manager name and got a time that would be good for us. Neil gave me a call the next morning and he was already in our neighborhood! He came in and did a temporary fix because it was actually not the roof! Thanks guys for your assistance!

​I am posting this to warn my friends and the community about Joshua Robinson @ Superior Way Construction.
​After taking a significant deposit for supplies and labor, this company failed to complete the job or provide the materials I paid for. When confronted, the contractor used a personal tragedy as an excuse to withhold my refund and the supplies.
​I am currently in the process of filing a warrant to recover my money. Please do your research and be very cautious before hiring this business. I don’t want anyone else to go through this.

The owner is very un-professional and disrespectful and plainly rude. If he cannot talk to someone with respect. Then you cannot trust him to respect your opions with a job.

On their own website, it says "We do the right thing, even when it’s not easy". It also says "We strongly believe that how we conduct ourselves is critical to our future success. Our Business Conduct and Compliance standards are foundational to how we do business and how we put our values into practice every day."

Well, I cannot speak for how they conduct business, but I can speak to how they behave in company vehicles. On the interstate on Monday morning 9/8, one of their company vehicles (on the vehicle it had the Superior Quality Construction and their phone number), an F-150 with the TN Plate 3CP 1291 drove recklessly in a construction zone slamming on their brakes and causing the cars behind them to come to to almost a complete stop on the interstate. They began screaming at the car beside them and continued to slam on their brakes and cut off the other lane. This whole ordeal went on for 2 miles and put not only the other drivers in danger, but any construction worker on the side of the road.
The swerving, blocking the lanes, and constant purposeful hard braking all while in a construction zone on the interstate shows a character I wouldn't want to conduct business with.
