I wish I could give zero stars

I was really excited to make the switch to MaidPro bc that 49 piece check list sounded great and very detailed, which was what I was looking for. However, they didn't do all of the things they said that they would- i/e clean cabinet doors, "polish" bathroom fixtures, dust lampshades, etc. This was a disappointment bc they were more expensive than my current cleaning company, but I thought if I paid more I would get more service- wrong.

I also didn't like that they only sent one cleaner- my house isn't big or small, but still one person cleaning will take a long while. Other reviews said they liked their regular cleaner- I was never offered one. Mine just said TBD.

What really grinds my gears is that I did the review after my first service, left a bad review and no one followed up. I guess Eric didn't care that I didn't get what I paid for. I called to cancel and they did- but again no follow up, no apology, no care in the world just cancelled in my schedule.

If I had to guess, they're having growing pains. Not enough people to do the work so they weren't upset I didn't renew any additional cleans. Or maybe someone who actually wants what they pay for.
