I was introduced to these guys from a friend, and told me they had a great experience. I used them on a job then a repair and now I use and recommend them for all my plumbing needs additions, or repairs. They are quick and reasonably priced and they go above and beyond on the actual work, it’s hard to find a contractor today that is not trying to price gouge you and does quality work. In conclusion these guys are honest, quality, responsive, and professional. I have multiple restaurants and they always come through!
Oh and they always fix the issue on the first try and you don’t have to call them back.

Our restaurant had a plumbing issue the other day that required immediate assistance. Both representatives from The Rooter Dude responded quickly and professionally. When I first contacted Shane about the issue he immediately put me in touch with Griffin, and within the hour he was at our location and we had the problem FIXED and CLEAN. I cannot thank them enough for helping us out:) These guys rock.

Shane and the team are super efficient. They always get here in a timely manner and they were able to get to the route of the issues with my sewage problems. I had another plumber out here 2x who didn’t fix the issue and Shane came out and solved the problem on the first visit. They are reliable, affordable and I’d recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Called Shane when i needed a new plumber after moving to Mt Juliet, got an appointment within 24 hours, they communicated well, he came over, fixed everything and it was priced fair and easy, no upsell, no hassle, just exactly what i needed for a good price. will use for all my plumbing needs going forward.

I would give 6 stars if I could. We’ve had total home back ups multiple times in our rental home over the last two years and every other plumber just ran a snake until the water cleared and told us it would inevitably happen again because our pipes are old. Shane and Griffin were incredibly professional and brought in equipment that actually found the problem which was tree roots in our main sewer line. They were able to find the blockage, dig it out, and even installed alternative access points to our sewer line outside so that future issues could be dealt with more swiftly. Even though I’m a renter and they were hired through my landlord, they took the time to explain what they were doing at every point. They were kind and friendly from start to finish and I cannot recommend this company enough.

I’ve been in the maintenance field for many many years and Shane and his company have set the bar the highest I’ve ever seen it. Professional, highly skilled, state of the art equipment, reliable, honest, communicates, efficient, if I could come up with more positive adjectives I would! Drain issues? Call him!

Shane was great and very professional! We were unable to use our master bath, laundry room or kitchen. He was here the same day until he found the clog. Then came back the next morning to fix the sewer line. They even cleaned up the bathroom from where the backup was. I'm sorry I don't remember your partners name but thank you both for helping us so quickly!
