After calling multiple plumbers to come out to fix our clogged toilet with no response, Misty responded right away. Great communication! Friendly! Reasonable charge. Would definitely recommend. Very informative when asked questions!

Can’t say enough great things about R&A. Prompt, kind, knowledgeable and we will continue to use for small plumbing issues as well as large. We recently had leaking showers that they fixed, draining issues since we had our house, we needed pipes replaced because our house was built on the 40’s as well as a new water softener. All in stages and over years time we called them many times. We were priced comparable if not better than most places. If you need plumbing work they won’t disappoint.

I just moved to Columbia and had a problem with the plumbing in my new house. A friend recommended R & A to me It ended up being a bigger problem than we originally thought, but everyone at R & A was so professional and nice! They did a great job resolving my issue.

R&A is a company that truly cares about taking care of its customers and treating others as they would want to be treated. We experienced a water loss issue last year, which led to the discovery of other plumbing issues in our home. They went above and beyond to get to the root of the issue. They were completely honest and ultimately saved us a significant amount of money and time. It's challenging to find an honest company that doesn't try to take advantage of its customers. I trust R&A for any of my plumbing needs!

R&A has been to my current home and last home to do work. Installed a tankless water heater, whole house filters, and also did a lot of new plumbing in our renovated home. They do all things GREAT! Show up when they say they will. Don’t waste your time with a different company.

Trying to find someone on a last minute Saturday morning for a water heater leaking can be difficult. When I called R&A they answered, gave a quote & quickly responded in a hour. Jeff was courteous, knowledgeable & had everything on sight to complete replacing the water heater in sufficient time. Communication, skills & professional service with this company!

Found my old water heater had been leaking for some time and needed immediate replacement. Contacted R&A, they responded within minutes. Came the next morning (earlier than expected) Removed my old one and replaced it, all in about an hours' time. Jeff and Buddy did an excellent job. I highly recommend R&A Plumbing!!
