Great customer service

Shady place, call around before buying from them. They were the most expensive store I called around.

Pretty shady company. Lies about items in stock, lies about shipping times. No communication via email and the most you can hope for via phone is the old runaround with customer service agents that put more effort into making excuses than fixing the problem. Solidarity from purchasing to sales to customer support in that they all don’t care. Very cohesive company.
