I don’t think I’ve been this excited about having someone come out and do a fix or repair like I was yesterday. I’ve had electricians come out and do the bare minimum and I didn’t know what I was missing until Hunter. The electrician that came out was thorough and informative. He’s good with dogs too. He was such a pleasure to be around and have in my home. The issues he took care of left me at ease so much that I was so happy when he left because I knew that the things that concerns were taken care of. Things that other electricians overlooked, or didn’t bother to look into. I will never go through another company again. I will continue to go through Mr. Electric and I’ll always request Hunter.

Wesley came out today to install an outlet for our tv. I asked him to check another outlet, and he kindly told me that he’d do a safety check on the whole house for free. He was very thorough, and he wrote up a detailed list of all of his findings. He was knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. He talked me through each item and the cost. He never once tried to pressure me to do anything. He did an excellent job with the install, and he even made sure to vacuum up the dust that had fallen when he made the whole for the outlet. As an added bonus, he was super respectful of our no shoes in the house rule, which we greatly appreciate. Overall, the service and experience was 10/10. Would absolutely recommend Wesley!

Best experience I've ever had with electrician and electric company. The young man that came out was very knowledgeable and very polite he did a great job. We had a older security light that had to be replaced and he knew exactly what to do to take care of it. I will definitely call them for any future electrical jobs.

We had a lot of sparking in our electrical panel due to an old and outdated wiring system. It started making lots of noise at three in the morning. Mr. Electric came out the same day I called them, and they just left. I have a safe and new electrical box, faster than I would’ve ever imagined. Josh was excellent. Our service technician, Hunter, did a wonderful job making it all happen. Would recommend them for sure: five stars.

Go I plugs were tripping and I was on the cusp of losing alit of food right before Thanksgiving. Thomas showed up quickly and was very professional. Found the issues and replaced quickly so I didn’t lose any food. Highly recommend!

I had Josh and Brandon from Mr.Electric come out and diagnosed my power issue at no cost. Both were very professional , polite, and courteous. I chose not to have the work done due to cost but would definitely recommend them.

I found this company great at communications. The tec Wesley was amazing he helped me make this work for me and couldn't have been nicer. I would recommend you to anyone.

I was greeted by a very friendly professional, Corey Koerner, who was exceptional, very knowledgeable who answered all my questions. Took time to help understand all of our electrical equipment and where I needed the best protection. It was just an all around excellent customer service experience. I am pleased with Corey’ s work. Corey was fantastic, no fear tactics or high pressure sales, just honest electrical work. He explained everything with actual data and statistics instead of trying to scare me into unnecessary repairs. Made me feel comfortable and gave me straight answers based on his expertise. Felt like talking to a trusted expert, not a salesman. Highly recommend!

I had some electrical work done in my house a few days ago. The technician whose name is Carlos Ortiz, did an excellent work. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for your hard work.

Micheal came out and did a bunch of electrical work. Added in new outlets, installed ceiling fans. Did a great job. Very patient with elderly. And made sure to let us know to reach out if we run into any issues. Was very orderly.

Needed fluorescent fixtures in garage replaced. Also needed a ceiling fan replaced. Called Mr Electric. They scheduled for their technician Corey to do work. He was on time, performed the work. He hauled out old fixtures as well. The new lights and ceiling look great. Job well done!
