Great job. Very detail oriented and left the house spotless.

We had an issue with our thermostat on a weekend, and our tech Daniel Whitson was there within a couple hours, and not only helped with the thermostat but ran additional tests to see if anything else might have caused the issue. A+!

Ryan & Thomas got my AC back working within 1 hour of me calling. Perfect.

Daniel our service rep, was very diligent in figuring out our problem. Turned out the issue was caused by faulty wiring connection from when the house was built, that caused a short circuit in our HVAC system. Daniel was determined to get to the bottom of the problem and get our a/c operational again!

My unit was making a loud noise- they were able to come out within hours and repair the unit. So grateful with this hot weather. Glad I

Job took a little longer than expected but it was excellent work. Matt the lead on the job took extra good care of us. We will definitely have them out again.

Ryan Meyer and Thomas Holley were excellent in their work and customer service and entertaining customer.

Setting up spring and fall tune-up appointments are very easy. Reminders before a scheduled service, as well as day-of service updates are efficiently communicated so you know when to expect the technician. The technician took time to listen to my concerns and house history with heating & air-conditioning and clearly reported out findings after he completed his inspection. I felt listened to and taken care of as well. I will continue to use Aire Serv.

Youssef did a great job in taking care of everything I was concerned about and went out of his way to find out what he didn't know. Those are the types of workers that keeps you with a company.

Couldn’t have hoped for a smoother experience. Was quoted a fix, turned out there was more wrong than it seemed and they helped me get a new unit in the next day. Would highly recommend them for your AC needs. Super professional, very polite, and very helpful.

After using Airserve in Louisville for 15 years, was thrilled to learn the same owner had opened up a branch here in Nashville after my move here a couple years ago, and immediately switched my service provider.

They are an honest, dependable, and hardworking company. Couldn't recommend Airserve any higher! I would give them 6 stars and an 11 on a scale of 1 out of 10.

Thomas Holley came out to do my routine maintenance. He did a great job and was very informative.

Our technician Daniel is a superstar. He was such a professional. We only had our unit 1 week and something happened. He came in with a great attitude, took his time diagnosing the issue and fixed it. He is the only technician right now and still has a professional positive attitude. We thank God for sending him to us.
