Mr. Estes is very professional and courtesy. He came out and gave me estimate very compatible with other company. He is honest and Christian man. His worker are great young men too. They explain to me what they going to do step by step. They took there time to get it right, it was no rush job. I was without air for 2 weeks making sure; I choose the right company to do the job. Yes I choose the right company.

Estes and Cain has been our HVAC company for several years. They replaced our HVAC system and it has performed very well. I have an annual maintenance contract with Estes and Cain. The young man who comes to the house and inspects the complete system reassures my wife and myself that that it is an excellent system.

Our technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was able to solve a damper issue we have had since the house was built. Very professional and kind. So impressed, we now have a yearly service plan with Estes & Cain!

I had some issues with ductwork in my home that didn't fall under "warranty work" as far as the builder was concerned. I called Estes and Cain HVAC and they were present within 8 hours, fixed the system so that it ran adequately while they ordered the necessary parts for a permanent repair. Came back in a timely manner and the system is better than ever. AND... I got a call back from the office a few days later to see if I was satisfied. If I wasn't... these folks were coming back. Highest praise!

When our 5 ton HVAC went out last Summer, we obtain 3 local well know HVAC provider's quotes. Jim Estes with Estes and Cain was highly recommended and came in with the lowest quote. We were extremely pleased with the service and quality of the unit he installed. I chose Estes and Cain recently to replace a couple of parts in my gas heating unit. The repairs required several visits and they were always very responsive and did a great job. This is a small company that cares about it's customers.

Jim and Christi Estes and his entire staff are total professionals. I have used him for several years. He replaced a 25 year old unit with a modern high efficiency unit that slashed our heating bills. We also trust him to do our quarterly service calls. He even installed our new gas logs. You can trust him. He says what he's gonna do and he does exactly what he says! Strongly recommend him for your installation, repair, service and....gas log work!

The technician from Estes & Cain provided what I felt to be thorough information and provided an estimate that fit our needs. We liked them so much we also had them replace our downstairs unit. Been working with Estes and Cain several years now, fixed my main home unit first time, then replaced our upstairs heat and air unit. My daughter needed a new unit in her condo and while she was on vacation Estes and Cain installed and carted away the old unit trouble fee for us. Always economical when quoted against others, but more so, always very quick to respond when an emergency. They do our yearly service as well and are always professional and on time. Everyone should be like this but we all know to well they are not so when you find a good contractor do what we have done and stick with them, these are good honest guys!

Estes and Cain have been amazing! We hired them over a year ago to service our unit. Since then we have had to replace the unit and are more than pleased with the entire process and LOVE our new unit and smart thermostat!! Highly recommend them

We have used Estes and Cain for our personal home and rental properties. These guys are true professionals. They call 30 minutes before they arrive. I called Estes & Cain for my maintenance on a system in a new house I purchased. I couldn't have been happier with their service. Checked my system out, told me it was old but still working as it should and did a maintenance on it. I signed up for a maintenance plan so they will be back in the fall to check everything out again! It's nice to have reliable service personnel!!!

Estes & Cain did an excellent job replacing our central unit. It was the middle of summer and they were quick and efficient in making sure we were able to cool our home again. We called several other companies in the area and they were the only ones who made themselves available during such a busy season. Jim and his employees were super friendly as well! After pricing a new unit for our home through multiple HVAC Contractors, we found that Estes & Cain offered the best price, fastest install and best unit available. They did not let us down. We’ve had the new system over a year and our electric bills have dropped drastically while the house stays cooler than ever in the sweltering summer heat and warm as toast in the winter. Great company, quality service. Just replaced heating and air conditioning
(2 systems) in our home. Everything was done professionally, on time and clean up was done perfectly. Totally trust them. They have saved some of my neighbors thousands. Other company tells person they need whole new system when Jim Estes gets to provide second opinion and the customer finds system can be fixed and not replaced.

We received a good response time to our service call, professional diagnosis, a reasonable price to replace our unit with a good product, which was installed quickly. Always prompt in our time of need. Great service and communication. Today 8/2/2024 , I called Estes & Cain. James himself came, he did the original install. Our air Handler is in our attic. The condensate drain was blocked and caused condensation to build in the emergency tray. It overflowed causing water damage. Jim cleared the clog, installed a new device to shut unit down if it happens again. Checked the system and all is good. I will continue to use Estes & Cain for all my AC repairs when needed.
