This was my first time using Hiller. When I called I actually got to talk to a person and they were so polite and let me know how their process works. In under 5 minutes I had an appt set up and we were ready to go. They let me know when my service guy was on the way and Cody E. put on shoe covers before coming into the house which means alot to me bc I have a no shoe policy. They are professional and polite and quick to diagnose the problem and present a solution.

Update 3 days later: our technician came in the time they said and our first technician had a previous job that he had the go back to so the company called and let us know that and sent a picture of our new guy. Brian H. Replaced our toilet ,took the old one away and fixed some craziness the builder left behind all in 1 hour. He worked cleanly and very quick. YALL THESE PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT THIER CUSTOMERS!

Wesley is amazing, honest went above and beyond and knows exactly what he's doing. It's so hard to find good honest people out there. He represents Hiller wonderfully! I hope that you always praise him for his work. I know we did. Because of him we will always call Hiller first and recommend the company to everyone we know. Thank you so much Wesley.

Caleb was efficient, clean, and incredibly sympathetic to the situation I was dealing with. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my water heater and worked professionally and respectfully in my home. What stood out the most was his understanding and compassion as I navigated challenges with my homeowners insurance to get the necessary funds for repairs. His empathy made a stressful situation much more manageable. Highly recommend Caleb for anyone needing quality service with a personal touch.

They came earlier than they said, fixed the AC unit quickly and had it running in no time!!! We loved the service Wesley provided and as always Hiller to the rescue they came same same day!!!!!

I absolutely cannot recommend Hiller enough! We had a new HVAC installed in 2024. Not by them, but by a family member. Unfortunately, we’ve had nothing but issues with it this year. Kevin came out to fix some issues we had in April. He was very thorough and took time to explain why we had the issues and what to look for in the future. Last week, while my son was in the hospital at Monroe Carell, our air went out. We immediately called Hiller to have the problem diagnosed. The technician that came out quoted us a $2k repair. We went ahead and scheduled the repair for today. Kevin had seen the work order and came out with Azeez to further assess the situation. Thanks to their thoroughness and Kevin remembering us from before, he saved us more than $1500. We signed up for their yearly maintenance membership on the spot and I will be asking for Kevin any time I need an HVAC repair from here on out. After having a hospital stay myself a couple of weeks ago, then our son’s on top of it, $2k was going to be very tight for us for the next month. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything Kevin and Hiller Plumbing!

We had old HVAC ducts replaced in our home. We were very pleased with the service we received from Brandon, Taylor, Michael, Joshua & Connor. They worked very hard both days removing the old ductwork and replacing it. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful and punctual. We couldn't ask for anything more!

We've been part of the Happy Hiller Club for nearly two years now. When we had A/C problems a few summers ago, they had someone arrive at our home within 24 hours to see what was going on. We recently replaced our unit with Hiller. They were great during the whole process. The project manager Will discussed multiple options before we decided to move forward and helped us understand the difference between them. James and Alex did an excellent job installing the unit, and we can already tell a difference from our old one. Even though they had to fabricate a larger shroud unexpectedly, it was installed within just a couple extra days...with no extra charge. To top off the experience, they even paid attention to how we have to close our backyard gate (it's a little janky) and put things back into place right where they were before. If you need a new unit or just regular service, give Hiller a call. They might be a little higher in price than some, but we've been very satisfied with the service. Thank you.

I’m so happy I went with Hiller for my HVAC installation. Project Mgr. James Thomason is awesome and went over and beyond to make sure I went with Hiller. He did a manual calculation of my home’s size to get the accurate size units required, instead of replacing them based off the size of the current units. None of the other four companies I had estimates from did that. His calculation showed I needed a 3 ton split system instead of the 2.5 ton unit. Thanks for pointing that out and for following up after the estimate. That follow up sealed the deal for me to choose Hiller. He presented a company that wanted my business and wanted to work with me. He took care of everything and set up installation. Again the communication was outstanding. Texts, phone calls and emails, making sure everything was communicated.
The installation technicians Alex, Will and Drew were very knowledgeable and kind. Will explained the new WiFi thermostats as well as providing measurements for the filters. Alex explained the safety features on the upstairs split unit. He also took time to find the old drain plugs outside from the old unit. Drew made sure everything was vacuumed and cleaned up. They all reiterated to reach out for any questions or concerns. Thank you James, Alex, Will and Drew .

Our experience with Hiller went pretty well. They came out quickly on the weekend to fix a leak. Turns out we needed to replace all our old pex lines that were known to be faulty (we knew this previously but had to delay). They came out next day to quote the replacement and it was reasonable, and they were able to fit us into the schedule quickly. We were briefed on what to expect during the installation (or at least we thought we were). The plumbers that came to do the work arrived early and worked all day. They were informative every step of the way and easy to work with. Unfortunately the amount of drywall that was removed far exceeded what was mentioned at the quote/walkthrough. Although I know they were doing their very best to minimize damage and I understand changes occur once work begins, there needs to be more transparency during the initial walkthrough regarding the potential damage to the house that will need to be repaired by the homeowner. I feel like on the front end we were made to believe it wasn’t a big deal or disruption when it turned out to be a LOT. Still I would give them Five stars for service, friendliness, quick turnaround, reasonable rates.

Wonderful job by Caleb from Hiller! He clearly knew what he was doing and made all the options clear. Job done in a timely manner and peace of mind restored for the foreseeable future.

Caleb came to check for a leak we supposedly had (according to the water company). He checked everything thoroughly and was very professional. Even remembered our house and the way it’s set up from months ago when he was here to help us with a water heater issue. Extremely thankful he wasn’t able to find a leak, as we found out from the water company later, they never should have insisted it was a leak (we are resolving that with them). He told us what to look for in the future and we were very happy with his service.
