Your workers were very pleasant to have around the house. Courteous and they were intent on finishing the goal of cleaning the ductwork, and we can tell the difference in the air quality.

My heat stopped working so I called Lee Company. I had the same experience today that I have had in the 3 years I have been using Lee Company. Above and beyond service. They are courteous, have an unbelievable work ethic, but most importantly, they get the job done and charge very reasonable rates. Shelby was my technician today and I could not recommend him more, but that has been the case with everyone I've ever dealt with at Lee Company. Call them if you need help with your home, you won't regret it.

Expedient, knowledgable, and reliable. Lee company fixed my dryer in an instance and helped to get our lives back on track. I hold them in high regard and would recommend them for any appliance issues you may have.

As always Lee servicemen deliver excellent service. They are knowledgeable and efficient, always explaining what they are checking and why. I always have questions which Colton and his partner answered succinctly. I'm happy with my maintenance contract with Lee.

Experienced an issue with hot water from my tankless water heater. Tech was very friendly and apparently knowledgeable. He recognized the symptoms I described, recommended an approach I approved and executed it. This solved my problem making this a perfect experience. As far as price is concerned, I don't have a lot of comparison points but I do think the level of expert knowledge and efficiency of work I witnessed were commensurate with what I paid.

Generator install went great. But Kurt was the guy that made everything happen and found a way over every obstacle. The team was friendly and knowledgeable. Only issue I had was cleanup, they need to work on that. I paid more than I should have but the Lee company stands behind their work and has been in business for a long time. There is value in that alone.

We have used the Lee Company for home maintenance for a few years now. They are very proactive in coming out and inspecting our electrical, plumbing and hvac every year rather than waiting for and the repairing. The service guys are very nice and respectful of our property. When there is a problem, they are quick to complete repairs. I highly recommend!

I have had trouble in the past with reaching anyone at Lee Company by phone, but this was not the case yesterday. The woman who answered the phone was quick and helpful.
The serviceman, Westin, had been to the house in the past and was very pleasant and helpful as well. It is always good to see a familiar face. He was knowledgeable and fixed the problem in minutes.

Colton was very friendly. He was able to take care of our leak quickly and efficiently! He was able to get us signed back up for the maintenance plan.

Knowledgeable, respectful and explained clearly what was done as well as future needs for the HVAC system.

I called and made an appt at 8:10 AM about my AC was not working. It turns out that my drain line was clogged. The tech fixed the issue by early afternoon to my satisfaction and at reasonable cost.

Recently used Lee Company to get a new HVAC unit after almost 19 yrs in our home. They were all great (Ethan, John, and the gentleman installing the unit). Our heat was out during the coldest few days in January & John made schedules work so we could get our unit installed & get heat! We also scheduled for a duct cleaning the week after. They were very professional and polite. They also did a wonderful job! Thank all of you for your hard work! Great job Lee Company for hiring these dedicated individuals!

I am a regular customer and I can honestly say that the people who work at Lee Company are punctual, professional and very nice. That includes the office personnel, too. All questions were answered and all jobs completed in a timely manner. Great company!

In 2020, Lee Company installed Mitsubishi split units for our whole house. The units are excellent. I made my 1st service call(covered by warranty ) and they expertly resolved the issue. I highly recommend Lee Company.

Taylor was courteous and very thorough. In addition to handling an extra challenging job well, he left my tired old dryer looking clean and ready for action! He is much appreciated.

Had a whole house generator installed. The installers did a great job you can tell they knew exactly what they were doing and when they finished there was no mess for us to take care of. About two weeks later a technician came back to check the generator and set up a schedule for yearly maintenance. He answered all my questions about what we should do if we had any problems, but said he had not seen anything with this unit. I was very happy with all the work.

This is the 3rd time I have called Lee Company for a service of sorts. The 1st and 2nd time was for HV/AC, which was resolved with excellent service both time, and the 3rd time was for appliance service or repair for my dryer.
The technician was very polite and professional, he told us t h e problem and provided a solution that works well for us. I highly recommend calling Lee Company for every need whenever you can't do a D.I.Y job, they are truly great. I am highly satisfied with the quality of services I have received from the various technicians, and Lee Company will be my first call for service needs.
