Walter Hill installed a tankless water heater in our new build home in Murfreesboro. We had some vibration issues when it kicked on during high demand. As soon as I let Walter Hill know, they quickly responded and replaced the unit. Very happy with the communication, speed, and professionalism!

Had a frozen water spigot on our house from not being able to disconnect our hose while we were on vacation. These guys came over in less than an hour fixed the problem and were super nice and respectful. Honest folks and good people. Highly recommended!

Whoever drives the truck E68 needs to learn how to drive swerving all over the road

Dishonest. They sent out people to smell our water from our brand new water heater, they agreed it smelled bad and would put in an order - when I called to follow up I was told the workers said there was *not* a smell and they would not be following up. The guy who called me was dismissive and blew me off. Someone was not being honest and the quality of the water coming out of the heater is unacceptable.

There sub contractors were ok I had no problem with them at all they did great work but there customer service was terrible, we are building a new house and we got a quote which we excepted which included complete plumbing for the down stairs and stubbing in for a bathroom up stairs, then when we got the bill they added $800 to it for roughing in the bathroom up stairs, which I was never told was going to be any extra but whatever $800 is not a huge deal but we wanted to try to save some money elsewhere, so on the original quote they said it would be $975 less if we went with crome fixtures instead of bronze so we asked them to give a new quote with us supplying all the fixtures ourselves so they sent us a new quote but only took $475 off, so I confronted him "Danny Weippert" about it he said that's just how it works out sometimes!!!!!

I would strongly suggest don't ever deal with them especially not Danny Weippert.

Everyone I spoke to was very dishonest and will try to get as much money as possible from you at any cost

This is the company our builder used. We were told to call the subcontractors if we ever had an issue. I called Walter hill plumbing to fix an issue we were having. They told me they don’t do service calls and that They only do new constructions.

I had them come out to do a service call before. Don’t use them. They are terrible and their customer service sucks
