I had a Scotsman commercial Ice machine in my home. Caution to everyone Scotsman was ZERO help.18 month old machine but the 3 year warranty is only one in a residence. When I couldn't find anyone to service it, the response on this 1,800 dollar ice make was sorry. While Murfreesboro refrigeration told me they could not do it, they spent half a day finding someone who could help. They made NOTHING. Actually they made a fan.

We made an agreement that the flat rate for fixing the refrigerators was gonna be $90.00 per hour including the inspection of the refrigerators. Then they charged us an additional $90.00 just for driving over, yet we live in Murfreesboro. These $90.00 were not disclosed prior to our agreement. On top of that a second repairman arrived with parts that were needed for the job as well. We did not agree to pay two people $90.00 per hour EACH. We were told the repair was gonna take two hours, but upon inspecting the bill we were charged for a total of 4 hours with the non disclosed "driving fee" and arrival of the "parts delivery" repairman. If you want to have nondisclosed prices and broken agreements then I recommend this company. On top of that their repairs have no warranty. I recommend seeking professionals who have faith in their work.
