Does an excellent job, great pricing. Have had a bathroom update as well as many other small jobs completed. Looking to redo a Master bath, SD Construction will be my ONLY call for the job.

Attention to detail, quality workmanship, timely, courteous, fair pricing. Difficult to find all those qualities today but Stevan has exhibited all those in two projects...and he is a genuinely nice person.

SD Construction does a wide variety of home renovations and remodeling-custom bathrooms (showers, bathtubs, flooring, vanities, electric/plumbing), custom Kitchens (cabinets, backsplash, flooring, carpentry work, electric/plumbing), removing/placing walls, redesigning the layout, hardwood, laminate, tile flooring, carpentry and painting. Most of all, SD's work is done with your most important needs in mind-with quality, efficiency, and detail!

I would highly recommend SD! We had a kitchen remodel with them, and not only were they reasonable with their quote, they were reliable and honest and easy to work with. They were always on time, they showed up on the days they said they were going to show up, and they were very clean as they worked. They left my house as acceptable as it possibly could be in the middle of a remodel each day when they left. Tan is a beast. Never stops. Does he eat or drink? Legend has it that he does, but I have never seen it.
Listen, going through a remodel isn't really all the pleasant, but these folks make it about as easy as it can be. From someone who is by nature a DIY'er, just to avoid the hassles of hiring someone, that is saying a lot!

Stephen was awesome from the get go. He was on time always, accurate with his estimate, quick with his work, cleaned up when he was done everyday, polite and professional. Did I mention he was on time everyday. This alone is worth hiring him not to mention he is a very skilled craftsman.

So Stephen removed load bearing walls, repositioned my kitchen cabinets, dry walled, installed recessed lighting and over hang lighting, installed French door, and trim work. He worked with an engineer to make sure the header he used on the giant opening was the right width. All in all he was great. Highly recommend him.

We are so thankful for Stevan and his attention to detail and quality workmanship. He made our vision come alive and we are so happy with the results. He is timely, honest, clean, thorough, and reliable. We highly recommend him for anyone’s bathroom remodel.

Steven at SD Construction did an amazing job on our kitchen, pantry, and floor. We also had him remove a wall between our kitchen and original living room. This made our living space much more usable in our tradition ranch style home. Not only is Steven great at what he does but he also helped us on some design and layout dilemmas with getting the kitchen we wanted to best fit in the space that we have. I would recommend SD Construction to anyone thinking of having some renovations done to their home.

Ladies and gentlemen..if you looking for a contractor who’s honest, reliable, trustworthy and honest..look no further!!! SD construction is your choice. After searching for a contractor for over 3 years we were blessed to meet Stevan with SD construction. All the horror stories of home renovation that we heard were none existent!!!! SD construction meet and exceed all our expectations and they even did additional things for us and still meet our timing. I will never ever use anyone else. We vetted a lot of contractors in the Nashville area before we were recommended by friends to look into SD Construction. Upon his initial review of the work that needed to be done, Stevan asked all the right questions and took serious note of the house and the work required to complete the project. We live in a 1930's craftsman house and wanted to be very intentional about preserving the integrity of the home (though it needed some serious updating.) Having a passion for old, historic homes, Stevan paid close attention to every detail and would give us a walk-through at the end of the day to show us what he had accomplished and how he did it. We are incredibly pleased with his work and hope to hire him again soon for another project! Thanks SD Construction!

Remodeled my master bath and put new flooring in my second bath and half bath. Stevan was very professional and always kept me informed of what was going on. His work was up to my standards and at a price I was willing to pay. He also completed the job earlier than expected. I would recommend SD Construction and I will be calling him again when I need to.

Tile work and kitchen/bath remodeling are some of his strongest suits. Stevan creates value by doing quality work and he does it quite efficiently. In addition, he is professional and approachable. He will work extra hours during the day or on the weekends to meet a tight deadline.

Stevan recently remodeled our main bathroom. He replaced our tub, tiled around it and built us a niche. He does beautiful work, and his prices are beyond reasonable. Excellent communication and always comes when he says he will. One of the main qualities I look for is dependability, and he is definitely dependable. I will be contacting him in the very near future to remodel our master bath.

Stevan Remodeled two bathrooms and kitchen in our recently purchased condo. Master bathroom was a gut job and we were overwhelmed but thank goodness for Stevan. He walked us thru the process and made suggestions. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and his knowledge. This literally was the best experience my husband and I have ever had with a contractor. Stevan was nothing short of phenomenal with renovating our shower/tub combo into a walk-in shower. He was meticulous, detail oriented, very polite and always on time. As he goes through the project he cleans up and there is very minimal dust and debris from the demolition part. We had our original design that we wanted for the space. Stevan helped us to customize and redesign the space to better fit our needs. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. He also installed a water softener system that he recommended because of our hard water issues. It keeps our shower glass doors spot free and helps prevent calcium/mineral deposit buildup on all our water using appliances. We are beyond happy with all the work he did for us and couldn't recommend a contractor with more integrity. Thank you Stevan for an awesome job!!!!

Stevan did an excellent job on my kitchen remodel! After I had my old cabinets torn out, he installed the new cabinets and repaired the walls, ceiling, and baseboard. He also did the electrical work. He took the time to make sure I understood the options available to me for what needed to be done, and I really appreciate it. I will definitely be calling him back for my next project.
