We are getting our house ready to list and discovered we needed a new roof. Time was of the essence, but so was quality workmanship. Jason from Quality was on it from the start! They completed the job in one 14 hour work day and we are very pleased!

Quality Exteriors really came through for us on our roof replacement. Jack guided us the whole way and kept us well-informed. Couldn’t have asked for better help.

Jaime Westenbarger was a fantastic help to me when my roof was damaged by a hailstorm and severe storms. He communicated directly with State Farm (SF) and met the State Farm adjusters more than once at my house. He got them to cover all the damage and not just blow it off as insignificant and all covered under my deductible (like the first and new SF adjuster did). Jaime talked with a more experienced adjuster at State Farm and got the roof and gutters completely replaced. He was always pleasant to deal with and showed up when he said he would every time. He responded to emails the same day. Top notch service. Highly recommend.

We had our roof damaged in a storm last weekend after a trampoline became airborne. Brian came and did an inspection, and explained the whole insurance process in great detail, and how the repair process is going to happen. Very impressed with him, and the knowledge of quality exteriors!

My experience with Quality Exterior’s was great from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, good follow up communication and on time arrival of professional representative (Tony). Repair assessment and estimate was done at no cost. Excellent communication (including pictures ) regarding the issues and remedies. I’m very pleased with the results. I’m giving them a 5+ rating and strongly recommending this company.

I highly recommend Quality Exteriors for your roofing needs. Zach was great to work with throughout the process. He worked with my insurance company for my benefit, helped me make roof color selections by seeing recent jobs, coordinated with all the installations. I love my new roof, gutters and downspouts. Zack Primm came out to inspect our roof. He was honest and told us it was in good shape and no repairs needed. Another company in the neighborhood stopped by while they were replacing a neighbor’s roof. They said we needed a new roof.

Franklin is exceptionally knowledgeable and adept at explaining technical questions in easily understandable terms. He is also very prompt in providing estimates and is remarkably skilled at working with insurance companies. While several others told me there was no hail damage, Franklin successfully secured coverage for my roof.
