I’ve always had good service from AAA Appliance Services, so much so that I have them in my contacts list in my phone. They have always done excellent work even though the person who comes out is always different.

We have used this group on a couple different occasions. They are prompt, courteous, knowledge and don't break the bank. Not only have our needs been addressed, but our technicians have been kind enough to take the time to explain things and educate us on best practices. Definitely recommend!

Got to me that day. Fast and courteous he knocked it out in under 30 minutes. Scheduling was easy and the price can't be beat. If they fix the issue the cost is labor and parts. If they can't fix the issue it's a low cost service charge for them to come out.

We had a dryer that was going bad, and they got us back up and running quickly. Fast service and a fair price. Also lots of value added service like cleaning out the dryer vent and leaving absolutely no mess. Highly recommended!

Everyone we interacted with was so nice. The owner came out to fix our refrigerator. He was prompt, fast, and very personable. Wonderful experience and we will use them anytime we have an appliance issue.

5 STARS! The tech came on time. My Samsung refrigerator was making noise and when he walked in the door he said: "I know what the problem is." He showed me that our fridge had been set too cool and said that the upper fan (that was making noise) was the issue. He said he could replace all the parts but that wouldn't solve the problem. He recommended keeping the thermostat set at 38 degrees. After doing so, the noise went away the next day. He said that the Samsung refrigerators had this problem and another one (that we also had experienced.) I paid a reasonable service fee. AAA will be the first on my list for appliance repairs next time! Thank you AAA!

I could not recommend this business enough!!! I called on a Wednesday to have someone come out and look at my dryer. Because of my schedule, the earliest I could have them come out was the following Monday. I was given a time frame “after 12.” I expected them to be out within a four hour window, and I got a call asking if they could come over around 12:30. Bobby came out and told me I just needed a new belt and idler pulley replaced and that he should have the parts by Wednesday. I got a phone call today (Tuesday) asking if Bobby could come out and fix my dryer because they got my parts in early!! Bobby was so kind and explained to me what all he was doing so I could know and be educated if it were to happen again. He was in and out in 30 minutes. The pricing was amazing (WAY cheaper than buying a new dryer) and overall outstanding service! I will definitely be using them again!!!!!

Wow! What amazing service! I was having an issue with my washer and AAA was able to come out the next day. Bobby was prompt and extremely polite. He listened to my concerns and was able to fix the washer in no time and charged me a fair rate. He was even sweet and patient with my cat! I would highly recommended this company! Thank you!

Some of the nicest and personable people I have ever had work in my home. I’ve had both Bobby and Tommy out to my properties on various occasions and each time they have been extremely respectful of my space and professional. They have always been up front about pricing and provided different repair options when necessary. Will always be a loyal customer!

Some time ago, I had a good experience with AAA. Bobby was very knowledgeable and took care of my repairs in a professional manner and did not take him long to do them. Haven't needed any since, but would use him again.

Paid $89 for someone to come look at my out of balance washer and was told it would cost an additional $350 to fix ($440 total). My washer is old and cost about $500 new so obviously I did not proceed, but bought a $30 part on Amazon, watched a video on YouTube, and fixed it myself in less than half an hour. No idea where they got the figure that it would cost over $400 for this repair, but it doesn't strike me as honest work. Glad some people have had good experiences but I won’t be calling them again.

These folks are not trained on all brands. Be sure and ask the right questions it was a $500 mistake for us.

Bobby came out to my house 2 months ago to look at my under-the-counter ice machine. He said I needed a part. I was then told it would take a month for the part to come in. After a month i called to check on the part. I was told someone goes to the warehouse to check on parts everyday and no part had come in yet. Yesterday, I called again after waiting at least two months for the part. Someone took down my name and number and said they would call back. No one called back. Today I called again. Again they took my name and number. I just got a call saying that now there is NO PART. I am told my ice machine cannot be fixed and it took two months for them to find out. Really? I don’t think they were ever going to call me back. But guess what? They were happy to take $89 for the “service” call. Please save your time and money and do not do business with these people.

I am so disappointed in the quality (lack thereof) in terms of services from this company. I had been using this company for years and have had no problems. However, my AC unit that was under warranty actually went out. I had scheduled a time to come fix the AC unit with AAA Appliances Services. The day of the scheduled appointment, the servicer canceled my appointment indicating that they no longer service my area. While I understand parameters change, the discourtesy of not informing me when making the initial appointment was severely infuriating. To cancel the day of the appointment incited a rage I have never known I could experience. I also found out that due the changes that were uncommunicated, I lot out on a warranty. If you are looking for an unprofessional company and a company that lacks customer care, then AAA Appliance Services is for you. If you would like a decent company, I suggest going elsewhere for any appliance service.
