The professionals at The Kingston Group are beyond qualified, and they are ALL so courteous, kind and helpful on every level. This was the easiest construction project we've ever been through!

The Kingston Group recently added a screened porch to our house and I don't even have words for how wonderful it is and how happy we are with their work! The scope of the job kept expanding (on our end, not their's), and everyone who worked on it was kind, knowledgeable and full of patience. I was concerned about changing the character of our old house, but they did a fantastic job keeping everything in perspective--the porch looks like it has been there for 100 years. It has not gone unused for a single day since it was finished (we actually started using it *before* it was finished), and that's saying a lot with how hot it's been this summer. Thanks for the wonderful work, TKG, we highly recommend you!

Very high quality design and workmanship, they helped us work through a few layout ideas until we came up with the right plan. We loved their recommendations for products, and also that they built in a consultation with a designer/decorator to help give extra touches (lighting , furniture) to our new outdoor living space. They have been very responsive to fix few issues that came up after final payment. I really appreciatehow professional they are.

We hired TKG to build out a custom bonus room above our garage. The end result was amazing. However, what was even more amazing was how pleasant the experience was. There was no need to nag contractors or clean up messes, etc. Nathan, our project manager took care of everything. He provided us daily status updates and made sure everything was on task and on time. I would highly recommend TKG if you want to stay sane during a build out while also having a beautiful end result!

Update 2020: We hired TKG for a second project, based on how well our first one was, to build out out our basement and remodel our laundry room. As with the previous project, the project was well-managed, executed in a timely manner and on budget. We are thrilled with the end project. We love working with these guys!

The Kingston Group is a top notch contractor and home builder! I have collaborated with them on several projects in the Nashville area over the years and all of the staff are professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work around. The devil is in the details and all of their projects are magazine showcase worthy!

Interviewed (and used) a myriad of contractors in the area. We found that the age-old adage "you get what you pay for" is universally true in the home renovation space. After working with other groups, we used The Kingston Group on a project and couldn't have been happier. They will be now doing all of our projects going forward, big and small.

The Kingston Group wrapped up our brand new home outside Franklin and Fairview TN in the late summer. Duane Dixon was our PM and handled the project beautifully. From ground breaking to moving in was around 7 months and that is phenomenal for such a unique project. We live in a flood zone and had to build up in order to not be in the 500 year flood zone. They gathered their resources and handed my husband and I our forever "dream" home that we so greatly appreciate! They are a group of young motivated individuals who can't help but have a good time!

The Kingston Group “double-wided” and updated our existing screenporch. Tyler Mentink managed our project faithfully and professionally and we enjoyed working with him. He did a great job of holding the feet of contractors to the fire and led his team well

Our doublewide space complete with gas space heaters has been enjoyed by our family and many friends during the past year and they have all enjoyed and applauded the work that was done

The Kingston Group recently completed projects at my house related to HVAC duct problems, a wet crawl space, and a large covered deck needing to be rebuilt. They were professional, responsive, thoughtful regarding scope and price, and did a good job. I would highly recommend them.

We hired The Kingston Group to manage a rehabilitation project necessitated by extensive water intrusion issues in our home. We had previously attempted to remediate the issues managing and utilizing our own hired subcontractors, but we quickly discovered we needed more help and expertise than originally thought. Eduardo Esparza was assigned to our project, and to this day, his positive attitude and “we will take care of it” refrain have kept us very satisfied with their work. The water damage to our home was significant, and we believe we made the right decision in hiring TKG to take on our project. The rehabilitation of our home was an enormous challenge that required more skill, ingenuity, and hard work than anyone thought at the onset. Exceptional contractor! We did our homework and met with multiple contractors and finally decided upon The Kingston Group. Absolutely NO regrets. Nathan our Project Manager was the epitome of professionalism and attention to detail. We cannot endorse The Kingston Group high enough!

The Kingston Group was hired to remove a load-bearing wall that blocked off my kitchen and my living room. The team did a fantastic job and kept me informed in my project. This was an excellent test to see how they will do for future projects I have planned. I would defiantly consider hiring them again.

The Kingston Group rebuilt an exterior wall of an addition at a rental house. The workman were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jacob Boone was the project manager. He diagnosed the problem, priced our project fairly and always responded to our questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend The Kingston Group.

The Kingston Group did a fabulous job on our kitchen remodel as well as the addition of our outdoor patio and fire pit, and deck remodel! They were so easy and fun to work with and truly made it an enjoyable experience for my husband and I! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and making sure the project got done in time for our friends to visit.

If ever I had or get a home it'd be Kingston Group I'd go contact to do any job, simply because of the display of heart I saw around 6:30 this morning. I was exiting the highway (40W) and one of their trucks stopped at the light where homeless usually sit. No one was out yet. The man driver jumped out and went to the backseat to retrieve a few bags of groceries and sat them in the grassy area for whoever would come later. Way to show compassion for those around you. This is the type of company I'd wanna spend money with.

The Kingston Group is a company I highly recommend. They showed that they are professional, Knowledgeable, and the finished product is incredible! I recommend this company to anyone who is needing to remodel an exiting space or adding square footage to a current home. I absolutely love my master suite / master bath that they added to my ranch style home that had no ‘true’ master originally. This add on We have enjoyed so much but it also added value to our home if we choose to sell in the future. (Although I don’t want to move now). We also added a playroom, drop off zone and new separate laundry room. I can’t express in words how happy I was with the entire process. I was new to construction world and quite honesty a little nervous about it all but their team treated me with respect and helped me make decisions that I now love. The sub contractors were skilled and professional and the in house Designer (Haley) was a dream to work with. She met with us and got a feel of our likes and dislikes and when it came time choose our tile, back splash, flooring etc. she had three options for me to choose from. This took away the fear and the overwhelming decisions because she is talented and I always loved one if not more of her picks! The Kingston Group is an awesome group of people to work with! They are organized, qualified, skilled and talented....and most importantly, they are wonderful, kind, caring people! Our renovation went smoothly right from the start. Haley is a wonderful designer and organized our shopping and planning carefully and made the process fun. Nathan is great, contentious project manager...on the job everyday and communicating always! Robbie and Rickie run a terrific company! It is rare that you find a company that cares about you and your family as much as every member of this company cared for us throughout the process. They were also under budget and on time and our renovation is fantastic
