I have been a customer of AirTemp for many years. They have always been wonderful to work with. Melissa, who works in the office is just as nice as she could be and she has always taken care of any of my problems or needs. Melissa is a great asset to AirTemp and should be recognized for being the wonderful employee she is! AirTemp is lucky to have her.

Unfortunately for me, it finally came to that dreaded time when you find out you need a new central heat and air unit. 😔 As usual, Melissa got everything arranged and in a few days I had a new unit! The employees that came to install the unit were very nice and polite. Two employees that I conversed with were Gabby and Lessly. I could tell Gabby knew what she was doing as far as installing the A/C unit. She was also very sweet 😋 and very professional and answered any questions I asked her. Gabby is a hard worker and should be recognized for her great work ethics! She is great asset to AirTemp.

Another employee I would like to speak about is Lessly. He was also very friendly and professional. He assisted Gabby with installing the A/C unit and was a hard worker. Lessly deserves to be recongnized for his work ethics and he is also a great asset to AirTemp!

These folks are top of the line. I had called some larger companies and gotten estimates that were sky-high along with the hard sell and weeks off repair time. Not the case here. Zach and his team were at my house to evaluate the job within hours and had my 14 year old unit replaced and up & running the next day. They were very detailed in explaining to me what was damaged with the old unit and gave me the best option for replacing it. I highly recommend this company.

My unit was smelling like gas and I had no heat and I called in they came in same day found the problem and got me the part I need and now I have again for the winter thank you

I’ve been with these guys for years Adam came by today for our annual tuneup and noticed this issue with the unit and was able to fix it at no cost You even help me with an issue In my house and treated me like I am family They have a great team and they’ve always been honest and fair
